Kovacic isn't attractive due to his passing abilities. Yeah, that is part of it: but you can't compare him to Pjanic. Kovacic is a complete midfielder. He can pass, run with the ball, dribble etc. He is also good defensively. He has some of the characteristics that we lack. We lack a midfielder who can run with the ball, and connect midfield and attack. Pjanic can with long passes, but Khedira is much too slow to do this. Pjanic is world class as a deep lying playmaker, but he doesn't have the energy of a Kovacic, so ultimately, they serve very different functions.

I'd take Kovacic in a heartbeat to complement our midfield.

Unsure about us going into the season with only Mandz and the GOAT. Although they're both machines, are we relying on Dybala as a CF incase either one of them is out for an extended time period?

Yea I imagined Max was going to go 442 to accommodate CR but a part of me is just uneasy going into the season with Mandz as our backup to CR. Guy bleeds Juventus but Pipita could create his own goals where as Mandz was more of a right place, right time goal scorer.

Yeah. Because other teams have much more striker depth than Ronaldo, Mandzu, Dybala.
