Meanwhile at AC Milan:

“We’re not thinking about any signings when we don’t know what resources we have available,” Sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli explained to Sky. “It’s a little bit like when you’re hungry and you’re out of the house, you open your wallet and look inside before deciding whether to go for a sandwich or whether you can go to the restaurant for caviar and champagne.""

Ronaldo takes freekicks from anywhere within 40 meters from the goal. Pjanic and Dybala will take alot of freekicks for a cross if they arent extremely close to the goal.

And we rarely score from the ones that we cross.
still, for me there's no doubt that Pjanič from one side and Dybala from the other side is the deadliest freekick taking combo in the world when it comes to standard freekicks 17-30 meters out. Ronaldo can take the long range ones for all I care, but the stats are clear for all to see, Ronaldo having more attempts from harder spots cannot account for the vast difference between him and Pjanič/Dybala demonstrated in the post I quoted, Cristiano is just not that good at freekicks

I am looking forward at him being our penalty shooter though, at his best his penals are not reachable for any goalie

Fastest player in the world cup, over the hill they try to tell us

If Zlatan was able to be elite until 35 then Ronaldo should have no problems playing elite football until 36 without major injuries.

Dybala has scored 6 goals from 26 app. in CL. Please, stop moaning.

Pitbull is such a Debbie Downer @Mark please ban him from the possible Ronaldo thread.

Let him post about his love in the Buffon thread.

Its just a very weird angle imho to focus on, but go ahead if it makes your boat float. Freekicks is kind of the most underwhelming part of his game tbh
That's why I started the discussion :D

I am more curious to see how the other two kickers we have will decide what happens. We have some pretty kick ass FK takers lol

The only responsible member there seems to be the admin, Shaun.
Yep.

There is another admin there that seems to be pretty normal too.

what? we're just discussing standard situation responsibilities once Ronaldo comes in, what this has to do with anything?
Dybala has scored 6 goals in 26 app in CL and Pjanic has scored 2 goals form 20 app. and you are making them sound like some deadly combo of free kick masters like Juninho. If they were, they would have scored a lot more when it counts in CL from free kicks. I don't care that they score vs Chievo, Verona and Udinese from FKs.

Pjanic for long range assist free kicks is a given
Pjanic on his side when in form, is also a given
Dybala if the pressure is low or its not europe, when in form and when having a decent game, has a thing to say

Ronaldo ? Form or not, he'll always be a huge danger

So i'd let him take them, unless its pjanic side in form or when we want to whip it in for a cross
