Maybe he signed a new contract but last summer it was 60 for sure. Even if he did I doubt they would put it only at 20. Clauses in Spain are mandatory but teams usually just overprice their players and negotiate transfers normally than put reasonable prices in those clauses.

For some players, release clauses are irrelevant as the player simply won't more. Don't understand the need for them as they can go high as f#$%; maybe some organisation collecting $$$ from clubs as a % of that clause?
