Pjanic is a great player but I wouldnt mind trading him for a sum that can bring us an amazing player
80M is reported - The question is who is the best midfielder we can get for that kind of sum - I have one name in mind and his wages are way over our usual wages (Im talking about Pogba)
Verratti will probably cost more and Im not sure he is worth it as he gets injured quite often..
SMS - He`ll cost over 100M so 1.Not Pjanic replacement 2. We need him in addition to Pjanic or another high calibre midfielder
There is also Golovin who is way below that 80M tag but he is definitely not ready to be our starter - He`ll have to grow as a bench player into rotation player and only then he will be ready to be a regular starter - He does has the talent I`ll give him that

35 mil for a player who has barely managed to come off the bench? A player who's playing second fiddle to a washed up Barzagli? All that while the position is covered with more secure players?
Surely you have to give it some thought. Rugani doesn't seem like the guy we wished he would turn out to be. If that figure buys us De Ligt, it's a no-brainer...
