You clearly never watched modric when he first joined spurs he was poor and spurs were willing to let him go for who was at the time a decent iaquinta a recent world cup winner with bags of pace and offered somerhing no other forward we had at the time had. Swapping him for a poor off form what looked to be a flop and money didnt look like a good deal. It a not fucking hard to understand but since hindsight is wonderful it's easy for you to mock statements now 12 years on... idiot
