Gazzetta say that Cristante's priority is Juventus and he has made it clear to Atalanta. Inter and Napoli are also interested in him but Juventus need to decide quickly whether they're serious about Cristante or not.

Some good 'ol TS bull$#@! :

TS say that Juve had a blitz in Milan for Morata. They had another summit with him in Milan, a more closer & face-to-face/personal. Different locations but same protagonists. This second contact in less than 24 hrs, confirms Juve's will to sign him.

TS say that the sale of Mandžukić will facilitate the entry of Morata/Martial at Juventus.

Mandžukić rejected rich offers from China to stay in Turin but the prospect of playing for Mourinho at Old Trafford may change his mind.

TS say that faced with an offer of €20m-€25m, Mandžukić will get the OK from Juventus to transfer to Manchester United.

Among many dealings with Manchester United, that includes Darmian, sale of Mandžukić could also facilitate Juve's interests in Pogba and Martial.

TS say that Juventus prefer Morata to Martial and that Paratici is anticipating the interest of Atlético Madrid for Álvaro. They would have €100m to spend after selling Griezmann. Juventus want to overcome the competition of Atlético for Morata.

TS say that the arrival of Pogba at Juventus won't prevent them from signing Morata/Martial.

Those prices in the picture seems a bit off (at least the Kovacic one) Kovacic for 40M?! Every club in the world would sign him for this price...

I highly doubt we would sign Morata and Martial - It would probably be one of them..
TS says the arrival of Pogba... Are they drunk?! Yes it wont preven us from signing Morata or Martial but this is also because its not going to happen...

Juventus are reportedly working on a triple swoop for Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian, Genoa’s Mattia Perin and Atalanta’s Bryan Cristante.

According to Gazzetta, Darmian will 'officially kick off Juve’s transfer campaign’ by signing a five-year contract with the Bianconeri, who will pay United 13m for his services.

The newspaper adds general manager Beppe Marotta aims to close a deal for Perin 'as soon as possible’.

A figure in the region of €14m has been quoted for the goalkeeper, although the Old Lady could offer players in exchange to drive down the price.

Finally, La Gazzetta claims Marotta has also meet Atalanta counterpart Luca Percassi with a view to signing Cristante.

However, Juve would have to shell out €25m plus €5m for the midfielder and see off competition from Roma.

Cristante is not a bad player but not exactly a world beater either. Was pretty impressive for Atalanta few times i saw him. Good for debpthd i guess

Caldara, Spinazzola, Perin, Darmian, Cristante

Already an uber-Italien mercato :beppe:

I'm really only interested in 4 Italians basically through all the leagues...atm
1) Insigne
2) Verratti
3) Romagnoli
4) S.Verdi

Insigne & Verratti could crack the 11.
Romagnoli could be deployed as a vice-Chiellini, Verdi would start as a bench player, but I like his upside.

Vidal would be great but I think our board rather look at other players like Rabiot Forsberg and others of that calibre (hope I spelled it right)
Vidal coming back would contradict our no returns policy (Morata is an exception as he didnt want to go but rather had to..)
More than that Vidal isnt a 20 year old youngster...
I personally would love a midfield of Pjanic Vidal Can (If SMS and Pogba are out of reach) but its more possible that we will see a Rabiot Can Pjanic midfield...

In any case I hope we offload Pjanic in the future for an upgrade as Pjanic is brilliant but sometimes he is a burden - He makes the Pirlo kind of mistakes when playing with the ball too much (while he isnt as good as Pirlo) + Im really worried by his defensive ability which seems non existent...

Right now it seems our lineup would be:
Polak;A.Sandro Chiellini Benatia Cuadrado;Pjanic Can CM;Dybala D.Costa Higuain
On the bench (new purchases): Perin Darmian Morata/Martial (probably Morata)
CM-> Identity still unknown but we can take an educated guess - It would be a player of the 50M region - Could be Rabiot but could also be others
As we are linked with more players and more positions it seems Marotta isnt lying about SMS so it seems its Man Utd or nothing for him while we will sell Asamoah (free transfer to Inter) Licht (free transfer to Dortmund) Khedira 50-50 chance to continue IMO while Marchisio is also a doubt according to reports

I expect Caldara to break into the starting 11 during the year
Pjaca will probably come back and do... nothing...
Bernardeschi growth will be interesting
Even if we get Morata I still think we will keep Higuain and rotate them (its more about options than to pick a starter) - Same thing with Martial
If we sign Rabiot he will surely be a starting CM while Vidal will also be a starter (of course he is as he is better than everyone..) but I wouldnt count on us getting Vidal...

Romagnoli is indeed interesting
Insigne is a great player but he is being way overrated by Napoli despite his clear potential to be special
Verratti needs no introduction while Verdi is a bench player at best - Seems more like a Napoli/Inter type of signing than us..

Cristante isnt bad but he isnt exactly WC and will never be WC..
What Cristante can add is indeed something we lack - physicality!
Cristante would cost way more than his worth and honestly I rather we save the money even in the event Atalanta sells him for 15M.. We need to focus on quality and when talking about quality or potential to be a very quality player Cristante just isnt there... (He will cost around the 25M-30M mark BTW)
P.S Barella isnt as well..

I wonder why Darmian is taking so long, typically that's the type of deal that Beppe would open and close in 2 days, anyone has seen any reports if we're struggling reaching an agreement with ManUtd, the player or both?

lol, I'm definitely not impatient on Darmian, would prefer if we dodged this bullet :D just wondering what is taking so long, we want him, ManUtd wants to get rid of him and we're clearly the best option Darmian could hope for, should be fairly easy to reach an agreement there unless someone is very greedy

Paratici was in Milan again yesterday with Morata, apparently.

Juve lead Forsberg race?
By Football Italia staff

Juventus are reportedly one of three clubs leading the race to sign RB Leipzig and Sweden winger Emil Forsberg.

According to SportExpressen, Juve have already held talks with Forsberg’s agent Hasan Cetinkaya, as have Arsenal and Atletico Madrid.

However, the newspaper warns Leipzig are under no pressure to sell and have placed a €50m asking price on his head.

Furthermore, the German side would be prepared to lock down the 26-year-old by making him Sweden’s best-paid player.

Forsberg was part of the Sweden team that beat Italy in the World Cup playoffs last November and had previously been linked with Milan.

I wonder how close we will get to the 230m :howler:

Gotta be down to a mix of budget and sales.
