Trolling aside, the only way I can see a Pogba return this summer is if both clubs engage in a mega mega deal trading players instead of money, similar to Alexis - Mikhi deal in winter. If United decide that both Martial and Pogba can leave and are no longer needed and they do choose Juventus as their next club, our one and only asset who can cover their combined price is our number 10, and United among City are the two clubs with biggest chance to sign him IF he asks to leave. Dybala is nowhere near good enough to start for Barca/Real, I dont see Bayern to be interested, so that leaves the filthy rich English morons.

Potentially this is a win-win deal for all parties, from United perspective they have two frenchies, one refuses to sign a contract and is angry that the club got Sanchez, which means even less minutes on pitch, and the other has been labelled a football God, flop, dissapointment, unprofessional and most important - the tension between PP and Mourinho can be seen/felt, it`s not only paper talk. On the other hand, we`ve got that superstar kid, who turns 25 this year, and we are still waiting for him to grow some balls and magically become a leader. His talent and skills are huuge, but he is miles, miles away from a 25yo Messi, 25yoCR7 and so on.

-----------------------Woj---------------------
---Cancelo---Chiello---Caldara---ASandro---
---------Matuidi------Pjanic------Pogba-------
----DCosta-------------------------Martial----
---------------------Higuain-------------------

Of course, if we take this fantasy mercato to another level, we can manage something like this:

----------------------Woj---------------------
--Cancelo---Chiello---Caldara---ASandro--
-------Fabinho-----Pjanic-----Pogba--------
------DCosta------Morata------Martial------

-------------Pinsoglio/Mirante-----------------
----DeS---Benatia---Howedes---Spinazzz----
-----Khedira-----Bentancur-----Matuidi-------
----FBerna33------Higuain------Pjaca---------

Where we obtain Alvaro on a two-year loan with an option (like Cuadrado), and spend on wanting to leave Monaco Fabinho (rumored price is around 40 or between 40 and 50m) and negotiate with our friends at Valencia Cancelo, who improved his performance this season. We negotiate with Schalkea for another loan of Howedes with some reduced option, or we sign him for halved fee - around 5-6 mil. We obviously would need another defender, as 4 center backs are not enough, and probably another striker, with Kean or Cerri being our top two youngsters loaned off. Also Mandragora could be back in the squad, but both him and Benta waiting for minutes at the expense of Khedira/Matuidi doesnt seem like a very good idea.

With Gigi, Barzagli, Asa and Licht leaving on free/retiring, not knowing what Claudio`s future is, my guess is if Max stays, Marchisio would want to leave both Juve and Italy, Rugani has the same chances, if Max is here, he would vote for cashing in on Daniele, it is clear that he doesnt like or trust him, and if a good offer arrives, Beppe would do bussiness, Rugani`s money would get you a Fabinho for example, a back-up defender for a starting mid who can also play at right back. Mario announced that he will leave, so there`s 10+ mil for him, Sturaro should be around the same, it`s a joke if someone actually pays 20 or more mil for him, and with those two being sold you get the money you need to sign a RB like Cancelo. Cuadrado is an interesting case, I think Max doesnt hate him and will be ok if he`s in the squad and will use him, but if an offer for him arrives, a good one, I`m certain that he`ll be sold. Transfermarket rates him around 28 mil, if a club offers something like 25 mil or more for him, he`s gone.

PS.: I think we already lost the Emre Can battle, so I dont mention him, but if we do manage to get him on free, that would be good piece of business, we Can vote for him and against Fabinho for example and use that money on a good center-back, who can challenge all of Chiello/Benatia/Caldara/Howedes and fights for a starting spot.

I hope we accept the sunk cost of Higuain, but I can't see any club paying the 40-50 million needed to sell him.

That said Griezmann is out of our league, unless he specifically wants Juventus.
if we sold him during the summer, we'd cover his book value with a sale around 40m (as his book value will be ~54,8m, and his supposed salary for the remaining 3 years of his contract would be around 15m/year). that would make a beancounter like marotta perfectly happy. last summer, the club terminated dani alves' contract, and that only generated a positive effect of ~10m on the current financial year.

Juventus are interested in Valencia right-back Joao Cancelo, Inter are willing to redeem him & they’ve a €40m buy-option. (Corsport. Mediaset)

Juventus, Inter & Roma are interested in signing Cristante, who’s valued at €30m by Atalanta. (GdS)
yes to Cancelo

Cristante, Pellegrini, Praet, Barella - 2 of those + a "star" mid, if that star isnt Can, and im fine

Juventus want Pogba return?

Reports claim Juventus want to bring back Paul Pogba, but it would have to be a loan from Manchester United. The French midfielder left the Bianconeri in the summer of 2016, moving to Old Trafford for what was then a world record fee of €105m. However, the 25-year-old has been inconsistent this season, and has been repeatedly dropped by manager Jose Mourinho.

Now Tuttosport is claiming that the Bianconeri are considering an approach to bring Pogba back, but a deal remains highly unlikely. United would have to agree to a loan deal, while they’d have also to pay some of his salary as he earns around €20m per season in England.:lol::lol:

Yes, yes, there is a chance, I`m sure a loan deal will satisfy all parties, especially Raiola and United...
20M? doubt it

Griezmann rumours when we already own Dybala and Higuain and we are in competition with Barca et al. :howler:
Griezmann is a lot better than Dybala, but even from an economical point of view this deal would make no sense. Our biggest star by far is Dybala. Why would we spend 100mil on a player that isn't compatible with Dybala at all and would force him out?

yes, someone like that. now find someone that isnt EPL bound :D

They're not looking at SMS either, really. Their rosters are just filled... I'd take Can but still want a third CM if we count Pellegrini in.
Can is a freebie, german, Bayern youth product. they could have easily afforded and used him if they wanted, but already picked Goretzka over him. i kinda hope Pep gets him for his stupid 3CB formations.

and i wouldnt mind him actually, but want someone better to start along Pjanic and Matuidi

Yep, but I can't see anyone paying that amount plus whatever Higuain demands in wages, well the China clubs, but why would Higuain go there now..

But Griezmann is better than them.
Right now he is but I see much more potential in Dybala than in Griezmann
Griezmann has probably reached his top of his game while Dybala is probably at 60% of his true potential - With that being said, its not a fact that Dybala will ever reach 100% with us or at all..

If we try for Griezmann it will surely be instead of Dybala and we would gain approximately 50M from the deal as Dybala will be sold for at least 150M - Anyway it seems we will keep Dybala (at least it seems like that for now..)
