Buffon, Barzagli, Lichtsteiner are the first to move on, and go from there. And we have replacements for the first two already in Szczesny, Caldara, and Rugani. We just need a proper RB of a higher level than MdS. Everything else this summer should be focussed on midfield upgrades.
Defence needs to be addressed adequately, else we'll still be prone to humiliation/high scoring games with top teams
I went so sour on Dybala these last two seasons I'd sell him for anything north of 80 million, let alone 100 or 150. Forward that money to Lazio for SMS immediately. Sign Can and Pellegrini/Barella too.
Sandro can leave too. I'm so disappointed in his professionalism this season, his head was in London the entire time. If Chelsea are still interested sell him for 40-50 million + Emerson.
I think Buffon is retiring. Sign Barzagli back only and only if he's ready to be 5th CB off the bench. It would be inexcusable for Rugani and Caldara to be bench warmers next season. At least one of them has to be a regular starter by the halfway point of next season and the other should demote Chiellini the season after that.
Let Asa, Licht, Sami and Marchisio go too.

I saw both playing and Kean doesnt possess half the talent of Mbappe... That being said - He could be a nice sub who can grow within the club..

I dont think the price is the problem in this one... Barca will be all over him and I guess City PSG and maybe Real too might bid for him.. - The problem is beating competition for his signature...

Berna is promising but isnt starting material yet (if we target Europe..)
Higuain is heavy but maybe with more quality players his heaviness will be less shown..
D.Costa is great but needs to work on his stats..
Cuad is a great rotation player
Mandzukic doesnt show his best in central role - I think he is much better on the wing
Pjaca - I highly doubt him - He looks like a player that we will sell with profit but not one that will actually play here..

Pjanic - He has the stats and the brain but he let me down defensively too many times
Can - Free is always good
Pellegrini - nothing special..
Bentancur - He is getting better and better each game and might be very useful in the future but then again only as rotation player
Matuidi - The little engine that could go up and down the field - IMO he contributes a lot to our defensive effort - Then again Id really want him to be a rotation player and not a regular starter
Marchisio - Face it the guy is finished..
Rugani - I dont think he is the type we need - I mean he is good but he isnt the kind we need IMO - We can sell him and get some $ and.. We already have Caldara so he will be our new "Rugani"..
