Szczesny

Caldara Benatia Chiellini

Cuadrado Pjanic Matuidi AlexSandro

Dybala Fekir

Higuain

:tuttosport:
I'm not sure about Benatia's sweeping abilities, wouldn't that role require substantially larger passing range? apart from that looks good, we'd need a sub for Cuads though as MDS would be super underwhelming in that position :D Allegri probably sees Costa as more of a forward than a RWB/RM

Yeah getting Fekir and benching our best player of 17-18 season is definitely going to happen...

No the new:

Did you watch the guy and assess him on that basis or you just predict him to be just another lolzillian?

Front page of TS reports that Juve are courting Manchester United's Martial. The French attacker has been on Marotta/Paratici's radar since 2013 & his deal expires in 2019. His future is in balance & signals from France indicate that Juve are thinking of signing him

Yeah there are some strong links..
I just wonder if it means 4-2-3-1 with Martial and D.Costa as wingers / 442-424 (though I doubt it since D.Costa and Martial defensive capabilities are probably not fit for this..)
or.... Does it mean Dybala will be sold and Martial will be his replacement?!
Im not a big fan of 4-2-3-1 as I think its a bit problematic when trying to control the game through midfield but for the sake of Dybala staying I hope it is..

I first hope for SMS as we really need this guy
Martial would be nice although Im not sure how we deploy him with Dybala - one of Higuain Dybala D.Costa Martial would have to sit on the bench unless we go for the unbalanced 4-2-3-1 which means no SMS but a Matuidi Pjanic pairing..

His injuries are the problem. Thats why the issue cannot be ignored. It doesnt matter how good he is if he cant be trusted during the season. Thats the real crux of mds

I want to ask a question here.... How good verrati really is in the end?

He was more than a promise when he left pescara for psg. In fact he was really good. His first year in psg was great and his price skyrocketed.. But what happened to him?

It was all an illusion? Or psg simply fuked him up? He would be worth the try of getting him?
He's good, but Ligue 1 isn't good enough to judge a player. League 1 isn't competitive or challanging at all and that reflects on the players, when the challange is gone the motivation drops and players don't improve. Trashing Nantes and Troyes isn't something to judge a player on if he's world class

I'm going to get attacked for this but he's shit for Italy, undisciplined on and off the pitch for PSG (red cards, smoking, etc) and never performed in the CL.

I'd stay away from him

Replace Matuidi with this Pellegrini guy from Roma and Rugani with Caldara. Still the same imo.

At least there's a central defender moar behind this fucked midfield.
Just curious to why so many [on 'Tuz] put Caldara ahead of Rugani. Head-to-head Rugani have - to my knowledge - always been ahead of Caldara in pecking order, tho they aren't direct competitors but rather a "perfect" centreback pair; furthermore Rugani is more experienced and is already familiar with Allegri and Juventus.

Juventus environment will fix him. When WC players are down and fell from grace a little it's the only chance for a club like us to sign them. Recognize the opportunity and swim against the stream you potatoes :disagree:

The best he can do for his career is move the f away from Paris but he seems in love with the $$$ considering he extended two times already. Dude's career is close to being finished, he's 25 by now.. he needs to start performing and can't be judged on his potential. Kroos was winning CL and WC's at his age

Most overrated Italian player of the past 10 years. New Pirlo  Marchisio >>> Verratti

If we don't sell big we are not gonna spend anything... So far if AS stays, it would Spinna, Can, Caldara, Pjaca and close the door
You need to add Douglas Costa to that list.

Besides those names I don't see any reason why we shouldn't be able to splash 40-50 mill on a new signing. We aren't a poor club by any means; we might not be absurdly rich but we are still a financial powerhouse.
