i really want pjaca to play for us in future.

He brings us the advantage that mandzukic brings, in addition to speed and dribbles.

he has the height to dominate aerial balls against full backs, and the speed to track or run at them.

He can be unplayable on the wing, like young c ronaldo.

He lacks the grinta and the "no good".... but fuk that....he is the next CR7!

..at least in my heart

can cross like a mo-fo tho

We don't have anyone that does the airplane as a celebration though do we?
He's 26, where's he been hiding all this time.

Fast, energetic/physical, can pass, can cross, can shoot, can dribble.

Now he can replace Mandzukic.

Maybe we finally figured out speed is important.

I guess that 17 goals in your first Premier League season at the age of 19/20 is not impressive.
I saw him, he was decent. Far from 65m impressive.

but out of SMS, Pjanic and Verratti the latter is the most physical one, by a country mile. Verratti doesn't need protection like Pjanic, he should play alongside Pjanic and SMS+Pjanic would be double pussy midfield
Verratti more physical than SMS?

And even when he tries to be he picks up cards.

You forgot how inconsistent Cuadra is.

MM is needed in the squad even though I don't want him in the XI currently. Not ideal for 433, and currently, prefer AS at LW with Asa behind him in 4231. But he's very useful and acts as Higuain backup too.

No
Cuads is indeed inconsistent, but I want him out there on CL nights. I always trust he can make something happen. Mandzu is too static for my linking when it comes to CL games, notwithstanding that sublime goal he scored in last year's final that had us all believing, but he's definitely very useful in wearing down tough/physical teams in Serie A.

My preference for this summer would actually be keep every1 we currently have, bring back Pjaca, Caldara and Spinnazola and then spend as much as we can afford on 1 top tier midfielder who can operate in both 2 and 3 man midfelds

Juventus are interested in signing Atletico defender Jose Gimenez, who has a release clause of €60m, Atletico are interested in Bentancur, which for now Juventus does not want to sell. Rugani could be included in the deal. (Corsport)

Bentancur could maybe go on loan?

I highly doubt we still in for Gimenez tho, i actually think all this are solely rumours and media assumptions...

60 mill for centreback :spliff:

Yeah, the Gimenez rumours are nonsensical; we have in Rugani one the best young centrebacks (6 months older than Gimenez) in the World, a player that is familiar with Juventus and Allegri, have had his international debut, captain throughout his youth possibly future azzurri/Juve captain. Is generally regarded as a future star.

I'm not that sure that Allegri thinks as highly of Rugani as you do though

Premium sport : "juventus insists on Anthony Martial: after the interview in London between Vice President Pavel Nedved and Nelio Lucas, number one of Doyen sports investments, last week the Bianconeri managers had new contacts with the fund that deals with financing the contracts of purchase and sale of professional football players - including the Manchester United player - on behalf of South American and European football clubs.
The Frenchman of Guadalupe origin is therefore a concrete objective of the Italian Champions: Marotta carefully monitors the situation and studies the possible blow ".

Report: Juve back in for Gimenez | Football Italia

Juventus have reportedly gone back in for Atletico Madrid defender Josema Gimenez – but it could have ramifications for Daniele Rugani.

Corriere dello Sport claims Juve are monitoring Gimenez 'carefully’, with the Uruguayan not a starter in Diego Simeone’s team.

However, the newspaper warns he will not come cheap, given he is considered the heir to countryman Diego Godin, has a €60m release clause and has two more years left on his contract.

Furthermore, any deal would represent a blow for Rugani, who is already faced with the threat of being leapfrogged by Mattia Caldara next season.

The 23-year-old, who has yet to establish himself in the Juve XI, is being courted by 'top European clubs’, according to his agent.
