Probably we want to focus on young italians such as Cristante and Pellegrini...
and in Torreira spot we're prolly signing Emre Can.

Napoli will prolly replace Jorginho with Torreira.
But still for 25 I'd steal both Pellegrini and him.

Say our goodbyes to Khedira and Sturaro
and loan Bentancur out for experience unless we actually give him a chance.

Also I'm not so sure Marchisio will stay if the manager keep not playing him. Never unless it's a Udinese game where he throw in all benchers
Torreira would take a non-eu spot, right?

Can won’t.

If I had the money of PSG I would buy in Serie A as well.
Other leagues best players are much harder to get.

Repeat If I were PSG Nainggolan and Milinkovic and form a trio Milinkovic-Verratti-Nainggolan.
That would be a hell of a midfield. And Nainggolan can be bought for 40-50m while Milinkovic 70-90m which is peanuts for PSG
We really should spend big on SMS.

Napoli have reportedly agreed terms with Sampdoria’s Lucas Torreira but must now decide whether to pay his €25m release clause.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Torreira has accepted Napoli’s offer of a five-year contract worth €1.5m a season.

why don't we sign him while we are desperate for rejuvenation and midfielders?
good point

A paradoxon - you say PSG got the money so they will go into Serie A players because they are comparatively easy to get?
There is no need to rely on a risky asset like SMS when you can literally steal a top club's best player (Neymar), highest rated talent in the world (Mbappe) without breaking a sweat. They will have no problem getting Modric or Kroos if they want to

Nope because he is already playing in Serie A.
The non eu spot is taken if you buy players in another another league not for those already here

He wouldn't have taken a spot if he was signed outside the league either.
Yep he has double nationality Uruguay and Spain

It's easier because those players play in little without ambition teams and are on a super low wage as it is.
Instead Modric-Kross are already in the best team in the world which won 3 cls in 4years already have top wages....
So it would be a lot harder to get those 2. Because you need RM to agree and find a deal with the players as well.

And why would Real Madrid sell their asset? they're not Juventus which any good offert can get you any player.

I don't follow Serie B, but in Serie A there are not much talents who are worth a gamble.

Cristante is rotating material.
Pellegrini is hardly good enough for Roma.

Mandragora is playing well for Crotone, I see a good player in him.
Romagna is also doing well in Cagliari defense, but we already have Caldara and Rugani.
Maybe Barella, but beside this I can't think of an other Italian player what I would like to have.

I really like those 2. Neither obviously is ready to start for Juve, but I see big potential in both, would love if we added Cristante to the players we own, could turn out big
The only ready to go midfielder in Serie A that I would take is Milinkovic.
Nainggolan is too retarded and old
Else Jorginho is a decent player but that's it and Napoli would ask too much money.

Pellgrini and Torreira are young prospects not too expensive thanks to the clausola. 25m each
While Cristante and Barella as they don't have a fixed release clause they're going to be expensive.

IF you ask Pellegrini already has a Juventus over it.
Over the years we're "helping" Roma a lot with their money problems.
They already put a 25m clause cause they knew we would buy and that way they would get all the money in one go instead of installments.

I agree with anyone mentioning we should spend big for Milinkovic.
I love the guy since 2 years.
Since when I picked him up for Fantafootball/soccer :D
Too bad we missed it last summer.
We had to offer whatever Lotito wanted which was in the range of 40-60m now he is already asking for the Moon

Is it 25m or 50m? :shifty:

Samp confirm Torreira price | Football Italia

Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero has revealed that Napoli want Lucas Torreira but made it clear he will only sell the midfielder for €50m.

Torreira has been linked with several top clubs in Italy and Europe after breaking through with Samp this season, and Ferrero singled out Napoli as a possible destination for the Uruguay international, while asserting he would not come cheaply.

“Torreira? Napoli understand his quality, they have a good Coach and a great President,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“They asked about Torreira, but so have other teams. How much would he cost? €50m. I don’t need to sell him, he’s fine with me. For me, he’s a phenomenon.

“Will [Coach Marco] Giampaolo stay? Certainly! We’re engaged, so we still have to figure out if we’ll get married in three years or break up in two…”

The 22-year-old plays in the same position as Partenopei rival Jorginho, who has been linked with summer moves to the Premier League.

I dont understand.. If he has a 25M release clause how can Ferrero ask for 50M? Am I missing something?

The only talented young Italians are Caldara Bernardeschi Rugani and maybe Barella who Im not sure of as he impressed me in one game but really disappointed me in another.. Cristante seems like the rotating type we like but he isnt that good.. so the only ones worth something are already ours..
