I doubt we'd spend €60M on a RB heck I doubt we'd spend €60M on a player without selling because financial experds on Tuz told me we'll become like Inter or Milan if we do so

Juve resurrect Bellerin interest? | Football Italia

Juventus will reportedly resurrect their interest in Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin this summer.

Bellerin was linked with Juve in each of the last two transfer windows, and The Guardian expects the Bianconeri to test Arsenal’s resolve a third time.

However, the newspaper warns only a bid in the region of €50m will be enough to give the Gunners “a decision to make”.

Nonetheless, a right-back is said to be a ‘priority’ signing for Juve, while The Guardian notes the Spaniard is questioning his future with the Gunners after a disappointing campaign.

The 22-year-old has also been mentioned as a possible target for Barcelona, where he began his career.

And...

Lazio 'want €100m for SMS’ | Football Italia

Lazio are reportedly demanding €100m for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, potentially pricing out Juventus.

According to Tuttosport, the asking price reflects the regard Lazio President Claudio Lotito holds Milinkovic-Savic in.

However, that would leave Juve out of the running as the newspaper warns the Bianconeri are only prepared to offer €60m for the Serb.

Consequently, the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain could be set to battle it out for the signature of a player rated higher than Paul Pogba, albeit by his agent.

True I see your point, would you consider not renewing Barzagli to have De Vrij here?
No. I would stick with what we got: Chiellini, Benatia, Rugani, Caldara, and Barzagli/cheaper option. That is under the assumption that Allegri wants to continue his 4-man backline.

If I could choose (FM style), I would return to a 3-man backline, and then I would skip on signing a right back, and instead use the money on a ball playing CB. De Vrij could be a good option here.

I'm not saying the management is some kind of a disaster, they're still doing good deals most of the time, I just think that if they neglected it for 2 years, I wouldn't get my hopes up for the third one :D
I wouldnt call buying pjanic and matuidi as neglecting

I would include Bentancur in the list of sensible CM purchases we've made over the last 2 years. But if you look at it in the context of us losing our entire midfield over the past few years, 2 starters and a promising youngster is not enough, we should've bought twice as much.

we wouldnt be having this discussion if marchisio had maintained his form

then it becomes a question of whether we should have bought a midfielder instead of buying pjaca, costa and bernardeschi

or if Pirlo had more longevity or Sturaro improved instead of regressed or Lemina/Rincon turned out to be the dynamic B2B we hoped they'd be or Khedira/Hernanes didn't decline or some of those sometimes ridiculous position changing suggestions worked. yet here we are, Allegri has been working with half a midfield for 2 seasons now, yet some of us are still hiding behind excuses to not admit that Beppes plan for central midfield has failed
