Selling D.Costa would be absolutely ret@rded. If there is one player we should keep its him. Chiesa is not on the same level, although he would be a nice addition to our squad.

The big question as I see it is in these positions: Cm, Striker/forward and Full backs.

Can we possibly fix every position needed this mercato or will we have to compromise And sacrifice something?

I was playing around with numbers today and by my rough calculations adding Caldara, Spinazzola, Darmian, Can, Perin, SMS and Icardi while selling Higuain, MM, Sturaro, Khedira, Pjaca on loan with option to buy, and letting Buffon, Licht and Asa go would add less than 30 million to our annual costs on players (236.9 with Sandro extension goes to 261). For SMS I thought 80 million + Pjaca + Sturaro and Icardi 90 million + MM, both on 6.5 million net wage.

When you look at it that way it doesn't seem as crazy as it does at first sight. Even if we don't exchange players for SMS/Icardi we could still sell them and get money for those 2 that way.
