Did Fabinho take another step up this year?

Because last season he was decent, not better than decent. He's being talked about like he's WC.
He was more than just decent but I do agree that people here making him look like a Pogba/SMS..
Based on last season he is a 40M player IMO if he did better this year he should cost more but if not - He will not be worth his price tag

However he's a million times better than bonaventura and the other cack midfielders we're strongly linked with

No offence but for someone who thinks Donnarumma is worse than Perin and Sirigu cannot be taken seriously
They are different players as Jack is a more offensive player than Fabinho but I do agree that he is miles away from Jack and so is his price tag..
Donnarumma potentially could be the next big thing since Buffon BUT he needs to stop making howlers..
He could do this with age and experience but he could also continue and be the GK who saves the most amazing shot and then concede after a howler and this makes him a GK who is not reliable.
Right now based on price and taking into account we need a reliable GK - Perin would be a much better choice since he is cheaper and more reliable (at the moment)
Sirigu is already 31 so I dont understand the comparison but if we are talking about it - Sirigu is a 2nd choice GK at best (He will never be our first choice unless Polak under performs in a serious manner and there are more chances he wont 7uck up this much (he could also be great as he had a great season at Roma and is yet to show any signs why we shouldnt trust him)

P.S what I said a few days ago I meant it but its more of my own feeling than something concrete..

Screw Morata, Martial. Lets go for hazard now that chelski missed cl

Hazard. Higgy. Costa
Higuain to Chelsea 50M
Morata to Juve 15M+option 45M
Hazard to Juve? it will cost a lot and Im not even sure it will be the best decision as we need CM more than a forward/winger

You still haven't addressed my objection that they have finished way below City in the league, behind mediocre United, on level with Tottenham and barely above Chelsea. I guess some teams did know how to approach their mighty attack.
Sure. But look at their team. The fullbacks, the lack of a quality CB. Horrible keepers. The midfield... IMO Liverpool is where there are only bc of their attack. Or let me rephrase: they are where they are bc Klopp i extremely good at setting up the attack to play a super effective goal scoring football.

So to answer your question on why Liverpool is behind the others in the PL, I blame the lack of top quality players pretty much everywhere but in attack.. At least from the start of the season. Van Dijk is great. Can was good. Many others have improved. But full cadeau to Klopp for working with what he had from the beginning of the season, integrating youth/academy players and all that.

It all comes to the fact that Liverpool has a fantastic attack.

So Griezmann and Buffon made a head and shoulders commercial together :beppe2:

inb4 tuttosport: Juve pushing for Griezmann. Buffon the mediator; knows each other from an anti-dandruff campaign

I cannot deny their attack is very good and Salah has been one of the best this season. However, put a very good attacker in a counter attacking team and he will always score a lot. Liverpool has three of them hence they achieved more.

beppe better bring a fine new cm and better fullbacks than darmian or we can settle for european mediocrity.

btw most of the list looks fine, those are solid players. perin would be the best 2nd keeper of the world.
