Sooo..... Bellerin for €45m??
Report: Juve close to Bellerin
By Football Italia staff
Juventus are reportedly on the verge of agreeing a €50m deal for Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin.
In a surprising development, Spanish radio station Cadena SER claims there has been ‘remarkable’ progress in negotiations between the two clubs.
The broadcaster explains the Gunners are ready to accept an offer ‘close to €50m’ for the 23-year-old, despite rejecting that sum from Barcelona last summer.
The Bianconeri have been linked with Bellerin ever since losing Dani Alves to Paris Saint-Germain last summer.
He would also be the second high-profile player to arrive from the Premier League, with Emre Can reportedly on his way from Liverpool.
Juve miss out on Gaya?
By Football Italia staff
Juventus look to have missed out on Jose Luis Gaya as the left-back is reportedly close to signing a new contract with Valencia.
Gaya has been linked with replacing Alex Sandro at Juve, but Superdeporte warns the 22-year-old is ‘determined’ to stay at Valencia, while talks over a new deal are ‘progressing well’ and will be ‘accelerated’ once their return to the Champions League is confirmed.
However, a future transfer cannot be ruled out as the newspaper notes his release clause will drop from €40m to €30m from July 1 next year.
