Juventus could enter the race to sign Cancelo, who’s valued at €35m by Valencia. The Portuguese right-back could not be redeemed by Inter if they don’t reach the CL. (GdS)

TS cite English reports that suggest Juve making an attempt for Morata. Juve's plan is to sign him in a similar way like they signed Douglas Costa.

Juve will offer Chelsea €10m-€15m to sign him on an initial 2-year-loan deal with the redemption being €40m-€45m

Tuttosport report that Chelsea won't retain Álvaro Morata by force but they want to collect at least €60m-€65m from his sale. An important offer with figure close to their request, could arrive from Juve in a formula quite similar to the operation of Juan Cuadrado.

Tuttosport report that this formula could suit both Juventus and Chelsea. A deferred payment allows Juventus to spread the fee in multiple installments while Chelsea avoid a loss on their €80m investment.

Tuttosport report that there have already been some initial contacts between the clubs/player over a potential move but the operation will really begin after Chelsea's FA Cup final against Manchester United.

Tuttosport expect Álvaro Morata to remind Chelsea of his desire to return to Italy at the end of the season.

Morata intrigues Juventus for many reasons: Age, versatility, remarkable technical quality, knowledge of the Juve environment & his special feeling for UCL.

More likely media are looking for things that will keep people believing in this transfer.

Morata would be a perfect upgrade on Higuain. He would easily score a similar amount or more goals. He is not as lethal a finisher as Higuain, but he is superb in the air, can make runs behind the defence, dribble his man and he has a good drive. + he knows us perfectly well.

If we can somehow manage to sell Higuain for a decent amount (40-60ish) and get Morata:

-------------- Morata
Costa ----------------Dybala
----------- CM1 --- CM2 --- Cuadrado

Sandro --- CB1 --- CB2 --- Howedes
---------------- Woj

Bentancur, Pjanic, Can + a murderer to fight for the 2 CM spots. I will expect Bentancur to overtake Pjanic in that race very soon, if not they are going to play together.

For CBs we got Benatia/Chiellini/Caldara as potential starters, I consider Rugani as a lost hope, Barzagli/Howedes as backup. I would prefer a new CB who can play football.

Howedes could take the RB and provide stability and brains to support Cuadrado who has a role to be everywhere on that side and also support the midfield. Bernardeschi can rotate with Costa, Dybala and Cuadrado. Kean and Pjaca in the mix too.

So how much the entire transfer fee will be 60 million euros

Morata can offer more than 20 goals a season?! Why hasnt he done it before?!
Morata is a good player but his lack of clinical instinct means we dont get anything extraordinary but just another player at the level we have (or even less than our level)
Considering he will cost more than 40M.. I`d skip on him
