I think he played around 2200 minutes last season which is similar to Dani Alves and Licht.

I'm not aware of his injuries, but if he's prone, I'd seriously skip on him.

Chiellini had less minutes only in the last two seasons but otherwise he's one of our most played players. Dunno if I'd classify him as injury prone one. Same goes about Rugani.

Too early to tell about Rugani but Barzagli and Benatia are injury prone. Benatia is also not good enough to start. The problem is that Chiellini is 33 and it's very likely that he'll continue to pick up injuries like he did in the last 2-3 years. I hope I'm wrong..

I disagree. When he's fit he's a great player and he'll prove it this season (again).

I also think we need a reliable CB. But I'm not sure we have another 50-80mln to spend. My biggest concern is still CM/DM spot.

Our net spent so far is 25M. If we manage to sell 2 of Rincon/Sturaro/Lemina for 25m we should have at least 50-60 to spend.

I dont see us selling those guys for that price lol. Who are going to buy them? Maybe only Lemina. We should have sold him last year to Leicester for 20m. Arsenal also interested back then. Those epl clubs overpay those average joes. But who would buy Sturaro and Rincon? Like maybe 5m both to Genoa or Samp level clubs.
