Niko Kovac in my national team forbid it and he become so soon ex coach. That stuff are not fantastic for football but you cant expect 25 "perfect" never smoke and drink players in team. That is not real in life.
Where did I say I expect that?

I said Verratti is part of those players that get injured a lot, and that any coach, doctor whatever would say that stopping smoking can help him improve this. And also, that Verratti, and his agent HATE when the medias talk about it, but actually never seem to realize/accept the fact that smoking could worsen his body.

And it's even more a problem when Verratti comes out like he's doing and says "PSG is not doing everything to win the CL", when himself is one of the bad examples at PSG.

If one's smoking but is always at 100% on the pitch, and almost never get injured, of course no one would care if he's smoking. That-is-not-the-case as far as Verratti is concerned.

People here trash Matuidi, but Matuidi is always at 100%, and almost never injured. Therefore he did more for PSG than Verratti despite being less talented. That's the reality of the situation.

Who does care if one's gifted but always injured.

I really doubt it. We don't really need him that much. Might as well trust our own youngsters like Bentancur then.
Id take him at a discount fee. It's unfair to judge him at Bayern. He was awesome at benfica. Bentancur needs more playing time at a European club before he even reaches renatos heights.
