Barca has 70 m euros transfer budget+ sales according to sources who close to them. in addition, Premium was the source that they offered 100 m euros for Verratti. On the other hand, Le Parisien who is close to PSG says they are already talking about an extention with PSG.

l don't think PSG would sell him to Barca or us. so we better focus on real options. like Tolisso, like Lemar. seriously 40 m euros for N'zonzi, 29 years old player.

1. Marco Verratti's relationship with PSG is irremediable.
2. Verratti declined a new deal offered by PSG. €15m net wages were offered [on 27th May] in the new deal by Jean Claude Blanc, who was trusted by PSG president Al-#Khelaifi, to handle Verratti's negotiations.
3. Verratti's agent, Donato Di Campli will attempt to reason with the ����club that they can't keep an athlete against his will. If push comes to shove, Verratti may even decline to turn up for PSG's preseason retreat [set for July 4].

Coman and Zaza effectively cancel out Benatia and Cuadrado deals.

Caldara , Orsolini and Bentancur were all brought in January from the money which was reserved for a CM.

you can have 17 'foreign', 4 'association grown' and 4 'homegrown' players. also, you can have any number of u21 players.

De Sciglio - association grown
A goalie idgaf who - most probably that's szczesny and he's foreign

so it's 6 foreign players (or 5, if it's bernardeschi), 1 italy grown player (or 2 if it's berna), and a homegrown player in. but since our italy grown quota is full, and you wouldn't sell any players out of it, it won't matter that de sciglio and bernardeschi were italy grown, any/both would qualify as part of the 17-man foreign quota. so it's 7 'foreign' and a hg player in.

calling spinazzola back would be a right decision, though. not only he's up to the task, he'd also qualify as a hg player, so selling asa and getting spinazzola would free up one 'foreign' spot.

Also, keep in mind that Schick will count as U21 for the next season. But yeah, we arent buying 8 new players
