Thing is we are always second best

If only that was true. There has been times we've not made it even to the top 20 and times when we were numero uno. Ideally we would make some of those times when we were second a place better but what can you do. We are still hugely privileged fans. I have full faith in our team to bring that numero uno place back in the near future by acting smartly on the Market as they have done for years now.

We need someone who will be an inforcer or someone like Veratti who ca hold the ball and play out of pressure. Khedira is a great player in a 3 mid I think but can be overrun in a 2 man

The real question is, who do you want in as our midfield bully/muscle/tireless horse type of player?

Is Tolisso good enough? Veratti would be great signing, but will he and Pjanic provide enough muscle in the midfield? We need a bully type of player in midfield, someone like Vidal or Radja, but the first one is gone and the second one is a piece of shit who i dont want near my team.

We nearly dominated Europe this year with that midfield. Don't think we really need to worry about defensive issues in midfield I'd say we just need someone better

I hope that if we think a certain player can get us better, we pay what we have to pay. We did that last year but I would prefer not having to sell good players for that to happen.

Yup. Players like Tolisso and Keita would've made a difference. Even Pjaca. We have to get faster while also improving technically. The current squad isn't built to come from behind.

I was thinking more along the lines of Kovacic and Sanchez.

Pace has been an issue for Juve for a long time, we're much better in that department than we were under Conte but we would benefit heavily from a pair of rapid wingers. Providing they're not 1 dimensional of course.
