Now we are linked with Di Maria - This is a real dream to see him in our shirt! There are few master assists and Di Maria is one of them - It would be a big boost to our creativeness
The thing is its either one of Bernardeschi Di Maria and Sanchez and honestly I think I rather have Sanchez as he fits better to a 4-3-3 and could provide extra strength in scoring while Di Maria will be a better assist man but less clinical
Both are WC there is no doubt about it...

You forgot Pjanic and Verratti in midfield

Honestly I think the 4-2-3-1 is too prone to midfield domination by the opponent - Teams like Atletico could exploit it
4-3-3 or 4-3-1-2 4-3-2-1 is a more reasonable approach IMO
Di Maria behind Dybala Higuain or Dybala Higuain Sanchez...

So far we have had no problems with the formation, regarding the midfield. If anything, we are having problems in attack but not on midfield. Also teams like atletico are not many, so no point in makinga team just for an hypothetical game against them or the likes.

That said, i dont have a problem with any of the formations you listed, but the good thing of the 4231 is that it lets us use a lot of our attacking players. I hope we build on it and find players who take that formation to the next level

If We Can get Veratti, i would say that We are back in the mainstream.. that i would consider us heavy weights in the market again

Just wondering if Verratti could play with Tielemans in the same formation (and with Pjanic)
Anyway I see no way we sign Verratti as Tolisso will be signed and if we get Verratti too it will be a completely new mid and no space left for attack which I doubt it..

Most probable is Tolisso+attacking choice (Bernardeschi,Sanchez, etc..) - Di Maria? He would be great but I dont see any scenario PSG would be willing to negotiate regarding him

Not gonna happen. Verratti is impossible; maybe in 2019. :D :klin:
