Why do Inter get listed as one of the potential destinations on all big player transfer rumors ?

I'd get it if its a loser team with bankrolls of wealth like City, PSG or Arsenal. But Inter ?

They aint got $#@!.

Im not saying big players are golddiggers, but they're not messing with some broke $#@!'s
Well, they spent over 100mln last summer, no? It's enough for the papers to makeup stories backed with silly talk by Zanetti and co that Suning is gonna make Inter great again.

Spinazzola is not homegrown?
iirc, according to the rules about homegrown players for Serie A that i read last summer, one counts as a homegrown player only if he was owned by your club for 3 years between age of 15 and 21. he can play out on a loan, but he has to be owned or coowned by the club.

now, Spinazzola was bought by us in 2012, but before that he played 2 seasons on loan here, so based on that he cant be a homegrown player fur us (he was 19 in 2012). however, transfermarkt doesent keep track of coownership that was used a lot by us, so there is a chance we coowned him in 2010 and he was "loaned" to us. i dont know if thats the case but if yes then he does count as a homegrown player, same way Rugani does. maybe someone can check out

Not him. No one did. We went out, but they didn't "tear us apart".

Brazilian Salah it is.
Watch the game again - In both legs there was one player who was a constant danger dribbling and delivering great crosses and his name was Douglas Costa
Bayern didnt tear us apart - this is true - Ill say one even better - We deserved to qualify but it doesnt change the fact he was very good against us

As amazing as Verratti is do we even need him anymore now that we only play with 2 CMs? We already have Pjanic and Marchisio for Deep lying player who can pass and Khedira, Stu, and Rincon as destroyers

Verratti may be a better player than those mentioned above but better enough that its worth shelling out the ridiculous sum that it would take him to get here when we already have very good options there? We are short on options further up the field and I think the money this summer would be better spent on an actual LW and reinforcing our other attacking midfield positions rather than more CMs like Tolisso or Verratti...unless of course the plan is to revert back to a 3 man midfield.

He would have to run his contract down to 1 year or a player swap plus cash would be needed to land him. Fantastic player but I dont think he's realistic at this time

I somehow doubt the 4231 is to stay.

We buy players at the right price, the coach can figure out how to make it work

We never planned on 4-2-4, 4-3-3, 3-5-2, 4-3-1-2, 4-1-2-1-2, 4-1-2-2-1, 4-2-3-1, 4-4-2.

Conte liked 424, allegri liked 4312

Beppe didnt buy Conte a single winger, and he didnt buy Allegri a single trequartista

Milan is a great city to live in for most footballers. You can't ignore this factor.

Do you know that Turin and Milan are less than 1hour apart by train?
For filthy rich peoples shouldn't be hard having a private mini jet :D so meaning 20mins distance by air!
In fact many of our players spend their days there
