30mil for a Sanchez with 1 year on contract left is not a steal but the acceptable regular price.

It is a steal because he is a huge player to get, and Arsenal can for sure get more then that elsewhere even if it was 6 months left on contract lol.

Whether it's 30m or 50m it shouldn't matter to us that much. Basically you won't find a better player for our 4231 he can play anywhere upfront. If we can afford it we should totally go for him. Otherwise we'll have to look elsewhere.

With Sanchez Juve would be a serious contender for CL. Sanchez alone is that good, imagine adding Tolisso to the mix
