This is not true.
Arsenal has one of the biggest fanbases in the world, 'brand new' and luxe stadium, more moneyzzz, better and bigger everything. Both has the potential to become a leading giant in football and both on the same level. The difference now is that Arsenal is already on the level that they only need to improve on the pitch (and the coach). Inter must $#@!ing revamp the whole club to become international leading.
The shareholders (who only wants profit), Wenger with his provincial mentality and the players are holding Arsenal back, but in potential they have the perfect mix to become a leading giant in the world. Don't forget London is a perfect location for a club (so is Milano) and Arse has already millions of fans.
It's easy for ArsAnal to reach the worldclass level, but the shareholders are more interested in their money instead of results.
