i saw last night elclassico too, kovacic played very well and very intelligent. hop we can sign him
Kovacic is a very good player indeed - Im not so hopeful for him though as I dont know if he is the one we need...
Strootman can defend and provide some very good passes - He is the chosen one for me
We seem to suffer in the build up play so Strootman could be a very good signing

Slow news day huh.

Really need to get going, we need 2-3 signings within little more then 2 weeks. No pressure...
Same as every other. I just didn't want to post the old stuff: Spinazzola comeback, N'Zonzi called up for Sevilla, Matuidi links, Keita, etc.

Man. I've been following transfer mercatos for a decade and I'm telling you... this is by far the worst one. Even the Serie B period was more exciting and fullfiling. :p

Weak links with Wilshere.
Hope they stay weak..
I dont want any English player
The only player I actually rate is Harry Kane who is very talented!

As for CM I hope we get someone good and fast
RB I guess it is Mr.Spin

As for the Scudetto I see us making a slow start and then we will be the one to beat but it depends on how Napoli and Roma can exploit our slow start
Milan will probably have ups and downs so I dont think they are ready yet..
Inter will go nowhere..

If we get Strootman I think we can rule out Roma and assure ourselves the scudetto

As for CL - Slow start wont matter much as we only need to qualify and then work in the knockouts..

I see D.Costa and Bernardeschi being very important in the future
RB - Spinazzola could be the difference as MDS is crap..
CM - We need someone good but if we dont I hope we play Marchisio rather than Khedira as I think we need some possession help for Pjanic

Higuain must get some shape as he is too heavy for a long time now...
Dybala - I hope he gets to the next level especially after his words about "I`ll stay here forever if the president ask me to"...

Marotta's first mercato was worse then this one, considering we signed 2 players I like atleast and we needed positionally in Costa and Berna. But yeah rest is depressing, especially because we significantly weakened our defence with Bonuci and Alves and dont seem to be interested addressing or replacing the high level technical approach they brought us.

But most depressing of all is CM, I mean theres time left, but we didnt seem to learn from last 2 summers fiasco at all, not getting your targets early for this position, leaving it late means you will get jack shit again (or worse, a Hernanes). We are litterally after the same player as our 2nd-3rd choice CM target, that we failed to get in last minute just a year ago.

But most importantly, as good as its to negotiate on your terms, are we even interested in using our transfer budget this time around? Seem to be only going plus-minus so far. That will change a little soon with CM/Keita signing, but investment wise quite content just going little over even it seems.

We need two motherfuckers who will go out there without any respect to the opponent no matter who we face.

Those motherfuckers need to be a RB and a DM. Like 2011 Licht and Vidal who weren't world class when they came here, but they were leaving their lungs out there at first. Then they carried the team with those lungs.

If we stay with these 23-24 players we now have, teams will literally run through us, especially Khedira and De Sciglio.

Can't understand the management really. A blind person can see what we need at this point.

IMO it's very sad what we've done to our defense. Let me remind you: I was never a huge Bonucci fan! But I, for one, think that we have butched the entire defense. We lost Alves as well who was pretty damn great and... what? Nothing. We signed De Sciglio! Depression level 1.

We did NOTHING in our mid department. Depression level 2. We might do something there but it won't make me happy if we get to sign Matuidi as I don't fart rainbows thinking of Pjanic - Matuidi duo.

I actually think D.Costa will be very frustrating player to watch as he's literally hit and run. No words about Berna yet.

I don't like this one bit. IMO we're a lot weaker than last summer.
