How in the World is Alonso a big loss?

They have Vidal, Thiago, Martinez, Sanches in that position.
Alonso is on a different level as a DM with a superb passing range. No one offers what he does at his previous level. At the very least their midfield dynamic & balance will have to change a lot. I wasnt saying their midfield will turn to crap.

Aged defence.
very weak midfield. N'zonzi  Pjanic, only set pieces.
2 average wingers. Berna and no end of product D.Costa.
a top 10.
a striker who chokes in big games.

l must confess that you have 2 elite players in A.Sandro and Dybala, though the rest are garbage. Watch your back, İnter is coming. Not only İnter is coming, but also Milan is doing well in mercato. Your era is finished. :snoop:

Honestly, it is hard to have a better mercato than previous years. We are now the second or third best team in the world.

We will only improve if we get PlayStation players like Messi, Ronaldo, and Robben.

Naah Our Cms are at least as good as theirs
I'm sorry, but I don't agree. Aside from Pjanic, their midfield options are superior to ours. Khedira would be a bench option for them at best, and Marchisio, when in form, is an invaluable asset to any team; however, he hasn't been in form for quite some time now. As for Sturaro, Rincon, and Lemina, they are Genoa level midfielders.

You can say the same about them... Aside from Vidal our midfield options are superior to theirs Thiago would be bench option at best...

As for the Inter dude - I wouldnt worry much about them if we have only 2 WC players they have 0... Higuain is better than their best player Icardi and he labeled Higuain as garbage...
We have the best defense in the world so I wouldnt call it garbage... our midfield is weak and there is no point denying it - Pjanic is a good player but is massively overrated in here while Khedira has on and offs IMO, Berna is good but not WC while D.Costa is a big question mark - He could be WC and he could be average it depends on how much we can get from him... Dybala is extremely talented but his current ability is a bit overrated as well to be honest.. Higuain in serie a is something else to CL so you can bet on Higuain to score his usual 20..

As for Inter is coming - maybe but I dont see it happening this year..
Milan is coming - Not yet but they are in the right direction
Napoli - If they start well and keep their level and concentration they might challenge for the scudetto
Roma - Naah change of coach+losing Salah will hurt them badly!

On paper we should cruise to another scudetto but I wouldnt entirely rule out Napoli
Predictions:
1. Juve
2. Napoli
3. Roma
4. Milan
5. Inter
6. Lazio if they keep Keita
7. This years surprise package (to be determined)

Bale Mbappe Lemar Di Maria James Rodriguez Keita(Lazio) Dembele Verratti Keita(Lipzeig) all of these could upgrade us as well

No it was meant to be on the lines of we will continue spending not that we'll buy 'star players' or high profile players or whatever.
+ @il brutto

i looked for the original quote: "Se prenderemo altri top player alla Higuain? Non invertiremo la rotta"

he is talking about top players here, it's easy, even without any italian knowledge.

Yet in the same interview he said we'll have the same transfer strategy as the last 7 years.

He was asked if there is going to be Higuain-esque buys in the future and he simply said that he won't backtrack now. He is not name dropping here nor explicitly saying that we'll buy a high profile player/top player this year like you seem to suggest.
We could make a high profile purchase this year, next year or in two years, it all means the same.

Nothing to do with understanding Italian, more to do with interpretation of his comments.

Inda is coming...

These GoT fans are everywhere, but Inda is like a badly-made, chinese version of the white walkers. Let's call them the nerazzurri wankers. They've been walking around for the last 8000 seasons without the slightest idea of who they are or what they are doing. They talk about a treble, but are still unsure if it was real or just a dream on paper ... Not to mention their leader resides in the third hottest city a nerazzuro wanker has ever stepped in - Jakartone.

Regarding the mercato - its all a smokescreen- Mbappe alla Juve!:drill: :beppe:

We'll continue to look for players at the right price that our squat can use, and with greater emphias on what type of player we directly need (like the winger depth now, the RB, the CM).

If a large offer comes in, and the player wants to leave, we'll try to convince him to renew, if we cant, we'll sell him and immediately reinvest the money to improve the squad elsewere. (like selling whore and getting pjanic+higuain)

We however, have never went out and splashed Utd/Madrid' esque figures on a player without sales

Dude, seriously. Thiago is a mothefucking beast. He'd easily walk into our starting XI.
