You know you're in trouble if you rate the same players/coaches as Zizi. Having said that, I'd take Sarri, just not Spaletti. However, Sarri better use rotation and realize he is at a big club; he needs to drop the provincial mentality/approach as soon as he leaves that shithole, were he to move here. Ideally, Allegri will stay until 2018 at least, and hopefully then we can go for Simeone.

He's vulgar, obnoxious, and homophobic, but a very good coach. The way he talks, his statements, his general demeanor is simply provincial. He still has more personality than Spaletti tho.

He's very old school, doesn't look very professional or PC a lot of the time. You can get away with that more when your club is run by a circus clown than you can when it's run by Agnelli and owned by big boys.

But then this is a guy who came from shit to a high level in his late 50s. His coaching career was absolutely and truly mediocre until Empoli.
