I just plugged those two sales in my model - I'm getting figures of between 300MM if the company is looking to be aggressive. If the company just wants to be steady state, we're looking at ~210MM. Granted it will be a bit less than this depending on salaries given out and how that effects profitability. That being said, if Bonucci and Sandro are sold, I do not think it is unrealistic to see at least a 210 MM transfer budget for the team.

Apart from Matuidi being the better player, Tolisso is more of an offensive btb CM while Matuidi is a workhorse
