Bonucci. Rugani is ready and will probably be better than overrated LB19. Sandro would be near impossible to replace. Anyone we'd sign would be a downgrade.
BC he's a world class LB. Simply put theres only Alaba and Marcelo above

I dont think so..
I really think he wants Real - If you were not a Juve fan and you have 2 offers Real and Juve with Real more likely to win in Europe and also are the biggest club in Europe who would you choose?!
If you are not Italian the answer is very easy.. BUT... Donnarumma is Italian so it sends him a bit towards us BUT... He is known to be a Milan fan so it sends him a bit towards Real

Take all into consideration and you`ll see that Real have bigger chances of getting him if Juve and Real go head to head for Donnarumma...
We do have another chance though as it is being said he is afraid to fly so he`ll make less flights if he is to sign for Juve as there is less amount of european duty (in theory) + he wouldnt have to fly back to Italy to visit his family...

Is there a chance we will get him?! I think there is
Is there a chance he will stay at Milan?! I still think there is but I do see him running to Real if they call him

He was signed so our players could pet his head and see their future
Sure i get your argument that Real is probably the biggest club in the world. And I don't think his stalling contract talks are due to Milan offering a smaller salary. He wants to win. Its due to ambition of becoming the worlds best GK. And he will probably be in a few years time. But he can become that with us as well. I dont recall many successfull Italians in Real over the past. Or anywhere else for that matter. That points him towards us. Were the only Italian team who can make him the worlds best GK. Joining us, guided by Gigi and the lot, with a promising project for the future and a solid core present, he can fulfill his potential here. I dont think wed offer €60m like Real to sign him this summer, and Milan will be holding on for that amount, but he could stay sidelined / play limited for a year and force a move through to us for the next season. It may sound optimistic but it makes a lot of sense for Donnarumma as well. And im absolutely positive Real would prefer De Gea to Donnarumma at this time.

If I had to pick I'd rather sell Bonucci than sell Sandro. Bonucci can be replaced, there are plenty of quality CBs. However, there are not top LBs around.

Selling Sandro would be as stupid as selling Vidal. Maybe even worse. We'd be morons to accept offers for him.
