Lemar is young and talented but he isnt better than Costa, at least not right now..
Give Lemar a season with a top club and it could change..

It's not certain Mendy will be available for €30- €35M.

They were demanding crazy prices from City earlier this month.

Whoever is Sandro's replacement will be a significant downgrade at this point

I was talking about £. Not that'll make much difference anyways, like it's gonna happen.

we can get both and let them play together dude.
We can but I doubt we will...
I think that D.Costa is a much more of a proven player and he can get some really strong shots and raise our finishing quality BUT Lemar is very talented and if he develops as I hope he will he will be exactly the type of player we need (something like Pjaca but with more presence and better finishing ability), however Lemar can also flop here as we arent the most attacking side and he needs to attack a lot in order to be that player..
Another thing is if we get Lemar it means no Keita as Keita is going to be a LW or AMC - Dybala currently possess the AMC position so only LW and there is no sense in getting 2 LW... while as long as Dybala here Keita won`t be our starting AMC... which might suggest that Lemar is only used as leverage to down Costa`s price...

Gomes has nowhere to play in the 4-2-3-1. It wouldn't make sense to dump Tolisso because of formation change and then pursue Gomes.
