He would not stay at PSG if I had to choose.

I follow PSG, and I want him gone.

I follow Juve, and I would prefer them to avoid him, because there's more chances that he will stay the same rather than do better than his best years in Madrid.

If I'm wrong, I'll have no problem to admit him. But so far, the Beheaded Chicken surname still fits him more than ever.
Thank you for sharing same opinion, however we have plenty football experts who still want him here and to improve him as a player...I am literally dying laughing

Here's something fresh.

My intel say Juve will offer 100 million for Veratti and Di Maria, plus some kid from Uruguay we signed recently or Lemina. PSG to pick from those two. Also Juve know PSG want some kid from Serie A club and they are offering to be mediators in the deal.

With these youngsters Juve wants to fix the relationship with PSG, because they are pissed since the Coman deal.

It can happen tho. But reading that "because it's Juve, he will change" just reminds me that's what every coaches he had till now said ("he will improve") before giving up at some point.

PSG has problems getting star players, so they go for those supposed stars that might improve. If no one other than them showed up tp buy Di Maria, and since we know he actually considered going to China since the last winter mercato, it should be telling.

For example, so far Draxler is having the same curve. First few games = great. Last games of the season, he actually did so bad he ended up benched a few times.

As Hermel who follows Madrid would say, Di Maria actually is the type of player that likes to be free.

That's why it didn't work at all under Van Gaal for example.

Juve, imo, is the kind of club that has a plan, and players that stay true to the plan the coach put on the table. Di Maria seems to not have a brain compatible to that - till now.

It would be the biggest change in his entire career if Di Maria actually be that disciplined. If you think Juve will surely manage to do it, ok then fine, spend big on him, I raise my hands, and give up on that topic.

Also, Di Maria, and defensive efforts so far don't match at all.
I'm not sure at all but one can always hope :D

We don't have to keep the same system. It was an improvised one he came up with after half the season anyway. And unless we get another Mandzukic, we won't be able to emulate the same system anyway
Exactly. Juve were tactically versatile in that they were fluidly able to shift between a back three and a back four. However, they were inflexible in that they couldn't shift between a two man and three man center midfield without losing quality. This was badly exposed by Real. Once Kroos pressed and man marked Pjanic high, Juve couldn't build out of the back.

That is why they simply need two quality CMs (DCM + attacking mid). This will reduce the load on the attackers as well. Mandzukic was starting as LW in part because he has a great work rate but also due to Lemina, Sturaro, and Rincon being below par. Starting one of those players over Mandzu would have been criminal. Marchisio as great as he has yet to recover his form after a horrible injury.

Nzonzi could be a great addition as long as another technically gifted CM was also brought in. If he is the only midfield signing, that would be so underwhelming.

Is there even such a thing as a consistent winger by the way? Most of them seem more or less inconsistent.
Good point, probably only prime Messi and Ronaldo.
Other than them even players like Neymar and Robben are incosistent. I think most of us want someone who is useful when we have the ball, not only on counters. Someone like Bernardeschi but better, James maybe?

Have followed him closely throughout his career and he is inconsistent too. At Barca more than elsewhere but he has had his fair share of weak spells at Arsenal too. His best position is SS anyways. Has played his best games there with Chile and his best form this season too was when he played down the middle. Great player though, one of my favorite non Juve players for years.

Yes and Messi and Ronaldo are hardly traditional wingers anyways or atleast they're not the kind of wingers we'd play in our current system. Not exactly a winger but Pogba was mighty inconsistent for us too but still a great asset because on his day his dribbling could make the difference.

it is going to be a long summer.
are u guys feeling the same?
the final loss still has a bitter taste to swallow, did not have this feeling after 2015.. cause with the team we had I knew we will back again, but then that team got dismantled..

I don't see this team to be losing its best players, but also, can't see the management improving the team a lot.

Tolisso, Nzonzi, are not going to do magic to this team.
Berna, not sure if we are really interested.. even if he seems to have something to add to this team.

Costa, I see many here do not value him, I did not see much of Bayern, but from what I saw, I can't say that he is not a better player than Cuad, cause he is better.

Di Maria, he is good enough to fit in this team, yet there is nothing relating us to him as of yet. if we are interested and he want out, I believe he is ours.

Fabinho, I would take on any day, he has what is needed.

and from some those Leonidas posted, Luan and Talisa is a go for me.

One more note, Orsilini looks to be very good.. we should keep him here, if Pjaca is back to what he should be able to do (same as with Croatia), that would be a healthy competition

and bring someone to make Higgy sweat more for first team (Schick fits this pill).
