I like Tolisso too, I'm convinced when it comes to the attacking part of his game, but how good is he defensively? He seemed to standout for lyon when we faced them though.

Tolisso is a pretty complete player, and has experience playing in the double pivot. His versatility reminds me of Vidal. I'm not comparing their actual games because they're a bit different, but they both have the same type of versatility. He can play in front of the defense as well as in a more advanced role.

Who would you choose between Tolisso, Matic, Fabinho, and N'Zonzi?

Fabinho. He's versatile and technical. Tolisso edges Matic, but only because of age. N'Zonzi trails this particular list, but only because everyone else is quality. He's still a good player, and would be a solid acquisition.

thanks for the info, he reminded me a little of Vidal because he seemed like he fought on the pitch, but like you said, two different players. I'm just wondering if we stopped pursuing Tolisso like some rumours were saying, and if so, why? Because I remember Marotta saying there were some doubts about him technically. I think he's an interesting player though with a lot of potential.

We don't need to play a two man midfield. In fact, a diamond midfield has become more appealing after losing that final. To have to make forwards do midfielders work is maybe too big an ask against super technical sides like Real Madrid. The midfield wasn't tough, nimble or numerous enough to arrest control of the game. Marotta should be buying two CMs not two of Keita, Bernadeschi and Schick.

We need to get $hit done. City is shopping big already and all the other teams soon Will follow. Hell, Even Arsenal snatched kolasinac from us.

Real Quality. No more Rincons , Leminas and sturaros.

Ideal Mercato/thoughts:


- Tolisso, Nzonzi, veratti. Basically an established and strong cm/dm. Bernardeschi is a gamble, but he is really versatile positionally, som he could be very useful.


-we must keep Kean. Bring in Schick. This is our future. No more Higuains in our club.

Start giving them games. Mbappe is Young but still capable. Maybe not on his level but They both have huge potencial.

- defenders. We need something to back up our old Guard
Now that the Bosnian ( WHO would have been perfect for us) went to Arsenal , we need to look for something else. Caldara is interesting but not sure if hes capable.

Rugani must be given more time.

We need our youth to blossom and buy real Quality.

Higuain is an established top player. We need more players of his stature like verratti. The rest are not good enough even if Tolisso has potential.

Proven quality (like Higuain) is Sanchez, Verratti, Di Maria etc..

I suggested selling Bonucci here months ago and got laughed at. I still stand by it. If an idiot team wants to give us 60m+ for Bonucci, I don't see why we wouldn't at least listen. We have Rugani. We have Caldara. That's our future. Chiellini has a couple seasons left. Barzagli has one or two. Benatia is a solid depth player. We could take the Bonucci money and go after Verratti.

Even Bonucci money won't get you Verratti

Impossible.
