Best news of the day, beats Chiesa leaving, and even Teon joining. Deadwood is the misery of life, I feel a huge burden lifted and now can breathe again!
he cost the club less than 3.5m, wasn't a huge burden like tek's or allegri's wages

still a relief of course

If we manage to sign Sancho, then we have lots of number 10s this season.

Yildiz - Current number 10
Conceicao- Porto number 10
Nico - Fiorentina number 10
Sancho - Wore number 10 at Dortmund

or the ones signed before on crazy terms, for example, according to Capology this is Dusans salary starting from next season:

currently he is at:
1724853538034.png

add to that his amortisation which is around 15-17m and we have a big problem here. If he doesnt renew he is sold. but how do you renew him on this wages?
He already on 22.22m gross this season

Did we actually sell him, or at least take Empoli pay his wages if he's on loan?

Or is this one of those situations where we're loaning him out and essentially paying all of his wages?
No we paid him 1.5m, which I think is half of his salary, to leave. No loan.

If anyone said we would’ve sold Chiesa for 13/15m euros two months ago I would’ve laughed.

I think that we did a bad job on the financial part here.
That's why his contract situation/ sale should of been sorted out before the end of last summer.

The injury and fact that he wanted to wait until after the Euros before signing anything really helped made a mess of the situation but it never should of been allowed to turn out this way.
