Can someone tell me who do we have on RW, LW, and who can play RB and LB?

Nico is a RW. What about Conceicao, RW, LW, or both? Cambiaso can also cover all sides. Yildiz too on the left side, and that Belgian kid who scored the opener vs Como. Chiesa is a goner I believe. Weah can cover the RW, or RB, but he sucks everywhere. Danilo can play at RB. What about Kalulu? I guess McKennie can also be an option on the right, albeit a terrible one. Is Cabal a LB?

Do you think we're settled in these positions or we might get someone else? Which 4 do you see as starters?

LB Cabal, Cambiaso, Rouhi, Danilo in emergency

It depends on if we get Koopmeiners for who will be starters.

But Nico G will be starting RW, Chico will be his backup, Chico can play AMC too like Yildiz.

Or Nico starts LW I'd Yildiz plays AMC and not LW. But that may be peculiar fit because he is quite left footed so won't cut in to shoot, more of shoot from wide angle or so.



Those in bold will be the premier starters for their positions imo. Maybe Cabal loses the LB spot, and Cambiaso goes there, and RB starter may become Danilo or Kalulu (if he isn't used as CB).

I hope we get Sancho, he is very natural and efficient as LW.


Indeed, he was amazing in that role. I'm curious if Motta might experiment with Koop as nr 8 as one of the more free roaming of the two CMs.

It's not about him specifically, he just needs to be OK there with his natural left foot. It depends on if Motta wants Cambiaso on the right side with his false fullback role. Becoming extra midfielder.


If not Cambiaso moves to left with Danilo or Kalulu starting on the right.

Arthur will stick here until his contract runs out, no one would pay for an injury prone, De Sciglio has been linked to Empoli but he's reluctant to play for a club that is in his level. The guy loves riding on bench for a whole season and get paid for watching games.

Yeah, although it might be too much to ask to solve all problems in one summer mercato.
But if our guys do intend to keep buying, then my priorities would be: 1. Starting LW; 2. backup striker; 3. Another LB, who can also play CB.
