don’t get the panic on here ever day. If you wanna blame anyone blame whoever decided the window should close after the beginning of the season. Because the only thing that really forces action is the deadline. It’s only annoying because everyone is terminally online lol. I don’t know what Giuntoli is gonna get done in the next week, but I’m confident he will add multiple players. Gonna log off until e fatta. :wine:
teams have operated fine with transfer windows for decades.

i admire you how much you are willing to defend motta and guintoli instead of admitting they screwed up

You can troll all you want but ultimately they're going to be judged based on results not on how they conducted the mercato or didn't get the fancy signings you desired

If we flop massively this season, like failing to qualify for CL, then we can circle back to this mercato

I repeat, this is a transitional year and Motta-Giuntoli deserve time and patience

you have $20 to spend

you spend $4 now to buy a goalkeeper you don't need AT ALL

you left with $16

now you need to use that divided between midfielder and a winger

your offer for the winger is $8

your offer for the midfielder is $8 also

the clubs for the winger and midfielder want $10 each. you don't have extra money to give. now 2 months go by with no development.

you fucked yourself by spending $4 on goalie you don't need in a position you did not have a problem in

i don't understand why this is such a hard concept. low fee, loan fee makes no difference. money spent is money spent and priorities were not prioritzed
The midfielder (Teun) is asked €60m
and the winger €40m. How that €4m make a big difference ?

We should look for Omorodion before. What a steal by Porto for €15m and further €10m for another 30% of ownership
Another fuck up from sleepy Giuntoli

The fact that he almost joined chelsea for alot more money the other week too.

Let's not go there - Yildiz is not Del Piero.

Also, that Juventus team had some real talent and leadership (Vialli The Great - RIP; Kohler, Torricelli, Ravanelli, Moller, Conte, and of course the one and only Baggio whom Del Piero would go on to replace).
I just looked at some history data , too young at that time to remember anything. Back then, it seems Del Piero was even more "rookie" than Yildiz. 446 min 5 goals 0 assist (Del Piero) vs 1086 min 4 goals 1 assist (Yilidiz).

You remember that 94/95 season? I'm curious what's the general reaction and expectation of Del Piero at that season ?

juve offer 58m for koop

atalanta want 60m

juve offer 59m for koop

atalanta want 60m

juve now stuck
You said the number is not a fact before.

Before we offered them €45m and then €45m+5m. We also recruit other players like Thuram, Luiz. Giuntoli and team need to sell first before can do more buy in. Koop for €60m is way overvalued. There are alternatives, We dont know what happen behind doors and what they consider and how can they get to €59m value now.

But still we sign our 1st choice GK Digre now, settle contract with Tek is better certainty than get money and offer €60m for Koop.

Deal almost done for the future of Juventus.

Arman #Durmisi from FCKoper is one step away. Slovenian youth national striker, born in 2008, he already played 4 games with the pros this season.

He will move to Turin for close to €1M.

Hold on, are we actually closing deals?? Did anyone record that meeting?
Imagine last day of mercato:
Vlahovic to Chelsea
Osimhen to Juventus

With one week to go, the total spent money on transfers from the different leagues. Serie A €10.1B spent is behind EPL €20B.
The big difference between the leagues is that the leagues are trying to be as close as break even (sales - spent) while EPL doesn’t even try.
€20B spent. €10B sold. = €10B in negative. (Which they compensate with tv rights and other revenues).
Crazy

Edit: from the last 10 years
