In any case, IF Cuntoli brings in Koop, a CB, and 2 quality wingers, I'll give him an 8/10.

I like Koopmeiners. Not that I scouted him or anything but he's been constantly playing good for the last few years, fits Motta system like a glove, is relatively young and has reasonable wages. Not many players like that on the market. Top players these days require at least twice the amount in wages and even higher transfer fees. For little less you can have a gamble like Soule.
