I actually think it's not bad. Serie A is a weak league. There's a common with dominating players in recent years, It's their superior physical. Oshimhen, Thuram, Theo, Krava, Leao, .... I remember many(not here) discard Theo, Thuram before Serie A move, because they thought all Theo, Thuram have is physical. Well, the rest is history. If you have litte money, I think it's optimal to pick physical players. Motta has a system, if they learn quickly enough then we'll be fine in serie A.

And don't get Motta wrong, he highly values physical ability, you can see it in Bremer's recent interview.

After this catastrophic summer we should start buying only in Bundes Liga and French League and potentialy if market opportunities arrise from Premier league and La Lige. FUCK Serie A clubs.

Not enough Marinara and Mozzarella. We've also tried the Baguette route more recently and it hasn't been very fruiful. Bratwurst might work, but when was the last time we had a good German or bought quality from Die Bundesliga? I can only think of Vidal over the last decade or so. McNuggets is Mid AF, Can was trash, and Coman barely lasted. Costa and Benatia were decent but nothing to write home about.
