Chill guys it’s only mid august there’s plenty of time for a good mercato. Serie A is only starting next week and we miss half a squad and have a new coach and system. No need for the new arrivials to train with the rest of the team.

Missing a CB-RB-two wingers- AM and a backup striker while still having all the dead wood lol

The squad right now looks like a total mess and hardly CL quality

Hasn’t been included in any of the preseason games and stayed far from the first team, think it’s been already clear since early July that we are trying to move him on, i’d still hope that only via a loan initially though as he has potential to bring us even more plusvalenza next summer if he has a decent season somewhere else.

I read that Nice, Antwerp, Basel and Lens are interested, and that it's gonna be a permanent transfer, not a loan.

Think i remember reading rumors about a potential swap/sell via Nice so i guess it is indeed more likely that it’s going to be a permanent transfer eventually, with probably(hopefully) a future sell-on percentage because we sure won’t be cashing in much this summer for him.

I get the wish of fans to have the team full by the first game but it ain't abnormal for us with the amount of sales we have to make to not be ready by then... The season is long and after 3 games there's an international break... If we'll be done with our homework by then, we can't complain. But I've read reports we'll try again for Koop in January if we fail now. THAT would be a huge reason to complain.

PS: Milik is probably staying as the backup striker.

well we've seen much, much worse panic buys. on a 1+1 year contract i wouldn't be opposed to sign him. the only downside is that he usually plays as a right cb and we need one for the left, so it makes sense to look elsewhere. but as a bremer alternative throughout a long season, it doesn't get much better than freebie hummels

what does Rouhi have to do with Nonge? Rouhi plays a position of need, while the midfield is pretty set. Nonge will be good once he goes somewhere with playing time.

What squad?
It has not completed yet, at least 3 players more are needed to cover some spots which has remained vacant since mercato started . We have a block mercato.

Raheem Sterling on a loan in theory would be awesome. But extremely unlikely. He makes 16m gross 8.5m NET. The only way it would work under a loan would be if Chelsea agreed to pay part of his salary - and we would not be the only team that might want him. His stats are amazing and can play anywhere in attack including center forward although he would be most suited to the left wing.

Hummels was "proposed" to us - doesn't mean we actually want him. Don't know if we do.
