Of course you care.
Dude, I see you in the feed once a week. Relax

You know something. Some people spend their entire lives trying to chase a dream and never succeed because they lack the courage or drive to push themselves and make the sacrifice in the face of potential failure, I say this because I'm one of those people.

So no I'm not expecting you to pray or even have to say anything about anyone, but it's better than saying something nasty.
I'm going to cry I promise they will come back

Losing both Soule and Chiesa for fucking Adeyemi is such a downgrade.
Only if you watch mercato from a 1v1 pov. Transfer market needs to be judged at 360° in 2 different periods. 1: September 1st asking you if on paper the team is stronger than before. 2: End of season looking at the on the field results. (You could also analyse millions of other factors as financials, marketing, etc.. but I understand fans don’t care about this)

We are Paying for old mistakes. I see it really hard to get rid of Szczęsny, De Sciglio, Arthur, Rugani etc. If we could sell them for a half of price that we bought them it would be enough to restore the necessary balance to our broken finance.

From 25-30 to 18.

I guess its the sacrifice made to achieve the necessarily capital gains. But goddamn is it going to be egg on our face if he's a top level CB. And he's so fucking young. EPL clubs out here throwing 40+ mil on 18 year olds and we can't even get 20?

20M for a guy who started 4 games last season is bad?

I would say, based on his potential and ability already shown, it's shortsighted and not ideal.

With all our competitions and fixtures this year, would rather keep him, play him 20-25 appearances, and have his value at 40m. He has the potential and ability to be that and is under 20.

I know we need the money now for other moves and so we sacrifice that possible 40m future valuation on him. But I think its very short-sighted. Moreso than Soule in my opinion.

18m or 15m when the actual figures come out will be really underwhelming. We know his talent, yes he is raw, but isn't that what being an 19 year old means? You are buying potential, and this kid has high potential. I expect at least 20% sell on fee, anything less, is ridiculous.

Or in man utd's case here's 50 mill for some French kid who's had 1 season under his belt and had an expiring contract...

Agreed I'm hugely underwhelmed by this sale, borderline pissed off about it.

Great. Can't wait till we sell him for 10 mill with a 10% sell on clause to some mid table team in a few years.
