I can't blame Bologna for trying to get as much as possible from their core players. They are entering CL but with limited resources, lost their coach and they will receive a lot less than they need to replace the players they loose. It would be purely stupid to sell a player for half the price to us when there is someone ready to sign him.

But I hope Calafiori understands what the road into Arsenal may end up us. They have a formidable defense already so he will either be a backup CB or play as inverted LB.

Exactly. Calafiori cant be a starter CB there. Either a backup or Left side where he's not even good enough. Arteta has no sure starters ever but there is no way Calafiori puts their CBs on the bench. Risky and stupid move for him. But great move for Arsenal
