Motta prefers inverted winger or not, how hard is it for this club to keep all of Yildiz, Soule AND Chiesa?

We need all three of them and all we have to do then is bringing in a backup winger. It's not that complicated, unless you told me that plusvalenza can only be achieved by selling at least one of Chiesa and Soule.

I would like this to be the wage cap season. Get rid of all the high earners & set up a good base going forward.

When you offer Rabiot astronomical figures then Chiesa will feel short changed. When you offer Loca such an amount then McNuggets feels like he's not being appreciated.

I would like us to maintain a sub 5 million salary going forward.

Rabiot is effectively offered the same/similar gross wages as Chiesa thanks to the growth decree, not because we want to make him our highest earner.

But I get your point. Ideally I'd get rid of all players complaining about not getting a payrise and that includes guys like Chiesa and oddly enough, some people are bashing the management for not giving him a payrise which is stupid.

Being fiscally responsible is good. But if you insist on solely sub 5m salary, you become Roma level not get back to being the annually dominant side that attracts the best players.

This is true but unless some seismic shift occurs in footie then Italy will stay broke & unless we dominate Serie A and CL we won't afford any expensive players.

If we are competitive enough with a sub 5 wage limit and churn out youngsters whom we can sell then we probably will recover our former status but it will take time.

I don't want to dig ourselves into another Paratici hole. That mf had a knack of dishing out crazy money for mediocre players.

We can keep the three. But we need to sacrifice Vlahovic besides already destined gone Huijsen

Our wage structure is already broken enough without giving them astronomical figures . with chiesa it's wrong time to ask that amount of money, what if he keep getting injured after we give him the wage he's demanded.
Rabiot doesn't deserve this wage when his performance and loyalty to the club are always questionable and his mother also talks a lot nonsense. I think if we now need to entice players to stay with huge salary then the club is done

We have a large range of wages with some maybe earning 1M and others on 5M, but a team of all starters on 5M should be a high quality team. Also, the chance of winning trophies will attract the serious players, money will bring in another Rabiot and Ramsey. This is a solid strategy.
