If Sancho or Kalimuendo arrive, then its an excellent mercato and would give it a very high score - even without it is a VERY good mercato. The team has been revolutionised and that is EXTREMELY difficult to do in just 1 transfer window. Of course, you can argue that we overpaid for some players and got less than what we would have hoped for those divested but to be honest, when you are doing that much restructuring, its inevitable. Next summer, we would have a lot less to do and can afford to be a bit more opportunistic and get better deals in general. We have a lot of options / obligations to exercise next summer so I expect we would be a LOT more passive.

Outside of Sancho / Kalimuendo potential deals (would be the last one if there is one) - we still have to dispose of Kostic, Arthur, Chiesa, Djalo and De Sciglio. The last one should just be a contract termination or giveaway. If they all go, then and only then I think we would have the ammunition for that last signing.

Lots of positives. Only real negative was the centre back - Calafiori and Todibo deals fell apart for various reasons. I noticed that Calafiori and Todibo are not getting much minutes. Who knows, maybe one day Giuntoli can do one of his deals with one of them in the future.

I'm assuming Kalimuendo might be off the table if we get Sancho. Nico or Yildiz could be used as a false 9 if needed if Milik is out. I'm assuming he will stay anyway.

I'm not sure Sancho is needed if Koop arrives.
For RW we would have Gonzalez/ Conceicao/ Weah
For LW we would have Sancho/ Yildiz/ Mbangula
For CAM we would have Koop/ Yildiz/ Luiz

I have a feeling that would mean bench for Yildiz and few Coppa Italia cameos for in-form Mbangula. Or we have ~10mil gross back-up in Sancho.
If we have any funds left after Koop, I would rather focus in defense. Despite conceding 0 goals in first two games it does look quite shaky.
Defense also have a good depth
RB : Cambiasso / Savona / Kalulu / Danilo
CB : Gatti / Kalulu
CB : Bremer / Danilo / Cabal
LB : Cabal / Cambiasso / Rouhi

8 Players to rotate and some versality there.

Everything is stacked now. Even with mentioned Sancho, although it's interesting, it would share lot of minutes between players with Mbangula revelation and Yildiz good performance as CAM.

Only backup ST (Milik) which still questionable as Milik dont get tested and trained in pre-season.

Agreed minus needing Sancho or Kalimuendo to make it go from "good" to "great." I think both are icing on the cake type additions, but not necessary.

Hopefully this was a club changing transfer window to set up the next era at Juve.

As you mentioned, I'd give it a 9/10 with the chance to go up based on who Giuntoli is able to sell in the final week.

I'm not really too upset about missing out on Calafiori/Todibo because we signed Koopmeiners. If we couldnt get Koopmeiners, passing on trying to sign Calafiori would have hurt a lot more.

Romano and Pedulla both reporting Liverpool is serious about Chiesa and talks are on. Pedulla also says Kostic has multiple offers and it’s up to him now.
Can't wait for Chiesa's wife to start complaining about the shitty weather, food and accents in Liverpool

people are seriously underestimating how weak the left wing is. Without sancho this isn’t a good balanced attacking team
In the Count we trust!
