Hypothetical situation, how would people feel about this situation? Would you be ok, or would you see it as a complete disaster?
Koopmeiners proves to be too expensive, but Chiesa and Soule remain.
We go into the season with Vlahovic leading the attack with Chiesa, Yildiz, and Soule as our primary wings (with the ability to play all 3 in certain circumstances).
Our midfield takes a big hit missing out on Koopmeiners, and now it's looking like a combination of Luiz, Thurum, Locatelli, Fagioli, Miretti, and someone like Nicolussi.
Huijsen gets sold, and replaced by someone like Todibo, who starts next to Bremer.
If that was essentially what we were looking at going into the season with others like Szczesny, McKennie, De Sciglio, Rugani, Arthur, Milik etc being sold and maybe another minor signing or 2, would you be ok with that?
This is pretty much asking, if we cant sell Soule/sign Koopmeiners, would you rather still sell Soule and look for a replacement for Koop + another wing, or would your rather keep Soule and not make a big midfield signing?
This isnt a what you think is most likely to happen --- I'm asking how you would personally feel about this scenario.
Also, you cant say sell Chiesa and keep Soule in this scenario. Until we get buzz that Chiesa has serious offers from clubs he'd actually be willing to join, I have him staying with Juve.
