So far (based on reasonable probability):

    IN:
    Di Gregorio
    Calafiori?
    Luiz
    Thuram
    Koopmeiners?
    Morata? Loan?

    OUT:
    Szczesny
    Gatti?
    Rabiot (refuses to accept contract)
Caviglia & Miretti (bargaining chips for the contropartita?)
    Huijsen?
    Sandro
    De Sciglio?
    Iling Junior
    Barrenechea
    McKennie?
    Kean
    Alcarez (end of loan)

There are a lot of OUT players here compared to IN players in terms of quantity. We are bringing in quality. I guess we will have to rely on a lot more next gen players for depth to compensate.

I haven't touched on the wide players yet. Soule` & Chiesa vs Sancho/Greenwood etc. I guess that will happen later in the window and depend on circumstance.

@s4tch but technically juventus lost money on this deal no?

according to wikipedia, juve signed him on initial loan fee for 7million+obligation, then permanent transfer in march 2023 for 28 million.

if we take 28 million and divide it by standard 4 year contract, his value would be going down 7m pers season. so assuming since 2023 he had 4 years left his remaining value is 21 million no?

that means juve selling him for a loss. is my math correct

    in b4 @Kevster
Not sure how player transfer accounting goes, but in financial accounting loan fees are amortized. However the loan fee occurred in 2021 and in this instance we're not borrowing money we're borrowing a player lol, so we'll treat it as a one off expense that year

If juve treated kean's purchase as a prepaid expense 28 million over 48 months (4 years). that's 583k amortized per month or 6.9M per year (rounding)

    his book value or remaining prepaid expense balance would be 28M - 6.9M (2023 amortization) - 3.49M (6 month 2024 amortization) = 17.6M

Juve is selling for 13M plus possibly 2m?

    17.6M - 13M = 4.6M loss on sale

Let me know whether to bill Canadian tire or brokeventus FC for my calculation

Gatti will stay i think, I get the feeling we may not sign a RB this summer and go with Danilo and perhaps convert Gatti, since tactically he will play as a covering defender whilst the central defenders push up
