Correct me if I'm wrong if we sign Luiz and on top of Adzic. Our non eu quota is already filled for this season irrespective of however many non eu players we sell. If that's the case English players I.e. sancho is impossible.

Perhaps yes, but ultimately if we manage to offload even 7 names off that list, with Chiesa not being one of them, then we’d probablly still be quite content with it.

I think the first British nationality players signed in a season doesn't count as an nEU player. The seconed does. Might be the same for albenians

Talles Magno is a tall Brazilian AM/winger/striker wonderkid from the good old days of FM20-21 lol, but instead of going to Europe from Vasco da gama he went to MLS several years ago. Did not know he was still in an option for a Euro side after years in MLS.
