That's a good question big daddy. We need a CM too, or a LB and use almost crippled Kwadwo to be backup for near crippled Khedira.

It would been easier if we just bought Allan.
Exactly.

Gustavo in that sense would be a good addition, although I don't imagine Wolfsburg would want to sell and they're loaded.

Unless we of course rate someone like Tello or Vitale high enough to occupy a rotational CM spot, but nothing I've seen so far would indicate that tbh.

Well.. Yes. I'm not sure what you mean. They already paid us for Vidal. And Götze is worth more than Coman.
Allow me to rephrase :D

I think we should have attempted to get Gotze while we were negotiating to sell Vidal to them. I don't think Gotze is worth losing both Vidal and Coman to Bayern for. Let's just give them a lump sum of cash and keep Coman.

Well yes obviously we'll have to give Bayern cash for Götze in exchange for Coman, because he is worth more :D We didn't give them Vidal for free.

I'm surprised we were not all over Allan considering our good relationship with Udinese.

I mean this guy bossed our entire MF when we met them last season.

Yeah, if we compare the net spending, even in serie A we're not leaders

1. AC Milan -€48 970 000 (will be reduced to -€34 970 000 if Monaco exercise their option to fully purchase El Shaarawy)
2. Inter -€29 100 000 (will rise to -68 100 000 if they pay the bonuses for Kondogbia and Murillo, and when they'll fully buy Miranda, Montoya and Jovetic)
3. Napoli -€26 400 000
4. Juventus -€19 500 000 (will rise to -26 500 000 if we pay the 8m variables for Dybala, 2m variables for Mandzukic and receive the 3m eur variables for Vidal)
Source for this?

Or at least provide more thorough explanation rather than posting random numbers.

It is amazing job done by marotta, how vidal transfer can be higher than arda turan and jackson martinez..
even can be the highest if we consider this:
Well you cant but raheem cheap since his family name is Sterling..
Benteke and firmino was bought by club who their most expensive player is andy carroll even willing to buy ballotelli and aquilani..

What do you want... to give you a link of the official Milan/Juve/Inter/Napoli sites where they give the numbers for each and every transfer these clubs made this summer?

It was gonna be a long ass boring post.

I will entertain you, though. This is for Juve:

As I expected, you got it wrong. Thanks for the effort though

Net spend is something entirely different.

- Berardi is part of 2014/15 financial year, therefore won't have effect on 2015/16, and the positive effect is 7.3m

- Tevez is part of players exchange deal, the economic effect will take place in 2016/17.

...

There are some floating 3m eur that we apparently paid or will pay to Boca for the first option on three of their players, but there is no official confirmation about this. In any case, even if we count those 3 million, our net spending is still lower than that of Milan, Inter and Napoli.

Don't care about Milan or Inter, but the net spend is significantly higher than the figure you posted. As for Tevez there won't be any economic positive effect, simple player exchange deal.

Go ahead and prove this.

Yes, if we count every installment that we need to pay or get paid this year for the transfers we made 1,2 or 3 years ago, you could be right. But it's a hell of a job to count that.
For example, Vidal's 37m will be paid in two financial years (18,5 this year, 18,5 next year), while Dybala's 32m will be paid in 4 years (8+8+8+8). Eventually you'll get the same number, so instead of saying that we're making 10,5m eur plus from these two transfers in this financial year, we should count the whole sum.
As for that creative accounting with economic effects, that's pure BS. In that case we're even making a minor positive economic effect from selling Tevez for 6.5, despite buying him for 9+6.

We are so signing K.P. Boateng, he is free, can play AM or fill the numbers in MF department and Allegri knows him well. By the end of the month he is ours, probably around 27.08...

You heard it here first!

Too many wrongs to be bothered.

I'm not talking about installments, only net expenditure for 2015/16, in accounting terms. It's nowhere near the figure of 20m that you posted few pages back.

As for counting installments it's actually easy. Payables to other clubs related to transfer campaign were about 40m in the last quarter of 2014/15.
