Hamsik needs to play more in midfield than he has been used by Benitez, who has pushed him pretty close to Higuain.

Mazzarri's counter-attacking style also suited him better than the more dominant style Napoli have used in the last couple of years.

As highly as I rate Hamsik, I'm not convinced Juve would have the right set-up for him to recover his best form.
Agreed, but as you can see, this thread doesnt give a fuck, cause he's a fancypants

I hope we don't spend any more money unless there's a worthy player of investing money into.

I'd be happy if we achieve a €40m net spend this summer.

Save dat money for a world class #10 next yr ::beppe:

No need to spend money for the sake of it.Please no Hamsik's..

So, according to football-italia, we paid 18 million euro for Zaza. I don't know if I'm reading it wrong, or if Sassuolo paid samething beforehand, but fuck, that's a lot of money for someone that has never scored more than 11 goals in a serie A season. Shit, this really stinks.

Over 3 years and I'm sure we got something from Sass for him (last year?), someone here surely knows the full details though

so if Cusp is right and our net spend is 61m so far:

Llorente 12m
Isla 8m

---

Could have a net of 41m which means we still have 49m to spend of that 90m CL money. :weee:

- - - Updated - - -

€10m from Llorente sale and getting rid of his huge €4.5m wages.

This is one for the financial fappers :tuttosport:
you beat me. I listed Llorente at 12m :D

We should spend that money only if a class player is available.
Don't spend for the sake of it, otherwise.
Exactly. Allegri hinted I think today with his #10 interview. Only for a world-class player otherwise the number remains unassigned.

Plus Beppe's comments about looking for market opportunities doesn't suggest frugal buys as many would probably suggest he meant.

I am sure if a topclass AM is available we might see some movement from Juve in that regard. Otherwise, I can also see us using our scouts to find the next big thing since we aren't rushed to sign one for fear of our season collapsing.
