I really dont like the look of that midfield though

If it was Koke instead of Khedira then that midfield would the closest thing to perfect. Mandzu up front to provide further grind, Dybala/Morata starting next to him and the other one getting subbed in after about 55 min where every team we meet will bruised and tired.

Depends on how you use your players. Tevez looked much better and more creative under Allegri than he ever did under Conte.
