is trying to say is we wont buy readymade stars but our project is based on 'developing' stars,keep them long term and build a team around them.
Ofcourse we are going to sign older players along the way especially if Tevez like opportunities arise but what i said above is basically the gist of it.
Basically our transfer policy will continue to remain the same as previous yrs.
And i for one feel this very exciting to follow,while winning titles at the same time.
Imagine Berardi,Dybala,Sturaro,Rugani turn out what we expect them to be.We'd have a solid base for yrs to come.

Oscar still being named makes sense. Paratici and Marotta have a longstanding interest in him. And he'd be great for us, I guess. He works hard, has good technique and speed, all while still being young... Flanked by Berardi, Dybala and upfront Morata.
