Tevez will be gone next year, maybe even this year. It can't be wrong to have 3 strong forwards, all of them being able to play multiple attacking roles.
We need to seize the opportunity, there wont be a striker on a silver tablet every year for us.

Falcao is 29 too. So he's not young and he hasn't seemed to recover well from his injury. He may never be the same player again. Getting him here even on loan, with his massive wages would be a very expensive loan. If Morata finishes the season strong I just don't see the point, if we are bringing Zaza back already.

I do agree that if we can keep Morata away from Madrid then Falcao is probably not required but if we can't then he would be a great signing.

Dybala as a future replacement for Tevez more of a pressing matter. That said I would be thrilled to have Falcao at Juve as he is one of my fav players!

Falcao, excepting this season, is on a different level higher than Tevez or Morata. If we get a chance to sign him for peanuts then we should definitely take that chance. Strikers get exhausted or injured and have bad form sometimes. I certainly dont want to see zaza starting any games for us unless we are going through a major crisis. An attack of Falcao and Tevez with Morata on the bench seems fit for a top class team. Then when Tevez leaves we will need another striker just not necessarily first team material. It can be a youngster with potential like Morata.

Falcao for peanuts is a great deal. However, if we have to spend 5 mil on a loan and 10+ mil on wages with an option in the 20-30 mil range... We are looking at a player that is 30 years old next season... And still not in form after his injury problems.

Still, as you say. For peanuts it would be easily worth the risk.

Now who falls in the category of clubs that can afford, lets say 60%? of his salary and can offer him a first team place in their squad?

The very likely destinations I can think of are 1) Arsenal, 2) Liverpool, 3) Juve
The less likely destinations I can think of are 1)PSG (given he'd compete with Ibra and Cavani, 2) City (he'd compete with Bony, Dzeko and Jovetic), 3) Tottenham (given that they are too small as a club) and 4) ATM (given that they are too poor and he'd compete with Manzukic and Torres).

I think he'd move to any of those teams but the first 3 have a better chance of getting him since they all need strikers and could offer him first team football with little competition. I think its going to be one of Arsenal and pool since they dont mind spending that kind of money in terms of salary and they would offer him a starting spot by default (he wouldnt even have to be better than Morata).

Our biggest concern come summer should be replacing Tevez. We all saw what a WC scorer can do in the CL and hes leaving us next year.

Also, I'm still hoping we don't buy Zaza. I think he is your traditional average italian striker of past years. (immobile, destro, etc ...).

I'm not sure Falcao will be too eager to try his luck in England again after how this season has turned out for him, and in no way will he be a default starter at Arsenal or Liverpool. Both clubs play with one striker atm and on current form Giroud and Sturridge > Falcao. He wouldn't be a default starter at Juve either. I'm sure we would try to accommodate him into the first XI but he's not just going to walk in here and bench Morata unless he gets off to a good start.

How is that so many people want Falcao here? He might soon become a slightly better Llorente. We need a striker who can rock our attack just like Tevez, not wait for the deliveries like Falcao.

From what i know. Falcao's net salary is 12 million.
Gross is 24 million.
In last summer, Marotta want to bring him with 8 million euro with covering half of his wage.

It stiil able to happen. But, i do not think falcao-tevez is better than tevez-morata.
Paired Striker need chemistery.
Need an half of season for morata and tevez to unite.
Restart from zero again?

I'd gamble on Falcao, if we could get him for a decent fee. we've got a strong record of helping players redeem themselves. Davids, Cannavaro, Mutu, Barzagli, even Tevez and Pirlo to some extent.

The more I am looking at this Falcao deal, the more concerned I am of us actually getting him. He is a dream in 4-3-3, or at least used to be, but we don't have the wide players and we have both Morata and Zaza able to cover the front position. (Not to mention Llorente, as everyone here assumes he'd be a done dealio to sell for a lot of money.)

Moreover, I have the feeling that bringing Falcao (except if he does come DIRT cheap) would jeopardize our efforts for wingers and that is something I can't live with.

I'd prefer a Reus-Morata-Berrardi over Tevez-Falcao-Morata.
